中小企业提升品牌竞争力的策略研究 摘 要：随着全球经济的一体化发展，我国中小企业无论是在国内还是国外都面临着强大的竞争压力，随着品牌竞争的日益激烈，品牌竞争力建设就成为一个企业存亡的关键部分。文章通过对影响中小企业品牌竞争力的主要因素以及中小企业品牌竞争力的现状进行分析，得出目前我国中小企业品牌竞争力总体不强，原因是品牌意识薄弱，不重视创新，品牌传播形式单一，盲目进行品牌延伸等，进而提出中小企业提升品牌竞争力要采取如下策略：强化品牌意识，加强品牌创新，运用多种品牌传播方式，合理进行品牌延伸等，以提高中小企业品牌竞争力。

Research on the Strategies to Improve the Competitiveness of the Brand of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
Abstract: With the brand competition becoming increasingly fierce, the construction of brand competitiveness has become the key part of an enterprise. This article analysis current situation of the main factors which affecting the small and medium-sized enterprise brand competitiveness, and the reason that the small and medium-sized enterprise overall brand competitiveness is not strong at present in our country is brand awareness is weak, not attaching importance to innovation, single brand communication form, blindness of brand extension. Then we should take appropriate strategy when put forward promoting small and medium-sized enterprises brand competitiveness, which is, strengthening the brand consciousness, strengthening the brand innovation, using a variety of brand communication, extending brand reasonably, to improve small and medium-sized enterprise brand competitiveness.
