http://www.youerw.com/ 凌华企业绩效评估制度的问题为切入点，综合分析绩效评估的现状和所存在的问题，提出凌华企业有必要对现有的绩效评估进行制度再设计。本文首先从绩效评估的方法、过程等内容着手，分析了公司现行绩效评估制度中的弊端，然后结合本文来自优`文;论^文·网相关的理论和考核流程，以及绩效评估在实际应用中出现的问题，找出问题的原因，并设计出KPI绩效评估体系和360度绩效考评制度。最后根据所存在的问题，给凌华原文请找腾讯324.9114企业提出了一些建议。

Abstract
The thesis takes the problem of Adlink Corporation’s performance evaluation system as the starting point, comprehensively analyzes the status and existing problems of performance evaluation, and puts forward that Adlink Corporation needs to re-design the existing performance evaluation system. The thesis firstly analyzes the shortcomings of the existing performance evaluation system from the process and methods of performance evaluation. Then find out the reasons for these problems, combined with the related theory and evaluation process, along with the problems in the practical application of performance evaluation to. Then design KPI performance appraisal system and 360-degree performance evaluation system. Finally, according to the existing problems, give some advice to Adlink Corporation.
