PLC自动洗车机的控制系统设计+梯形图

摘要：梯形图为了提高洗车机自动控制系统的可靠性和设备的工作效率，本文首先对自动洗车机的功能和运行流程进行分析，确定了自动洗车机的总体设计方案。然后给出了自动洗车机的电气原理图并确定了 PLC 的型号规格，针对自动洗车机的特点，分别设计了自助投币、喷水、洗刷、喷洒清洗剂和风干等环节。最后应用可编程控制技术对自动洗车机控制系统进行了硬件设计和软件编程，并最终实现了自动洗车机的传动和控制要求。90923

ABSTRACT: In order to improve the reliability of the automatic control system of the washing machine and the working efficiency of the equipment, this paper firstly analyzes the function and running process of the automatic washing machine and determines the overall design scheme of the automatic washing machine。 Then, the electrical schematic diagram of the automatic washing machine is given and the specifications of the PLC are determined。 According to the characteristics of the automatic washing machine, the self - help coin, water spray, scrubbing, spraying cleaning agent and air - drying are designed respectively。 Finally, the hardware design and software programming of the automatic washing machine control system are carried out by using the programmable control technology, and finally the transmission and control requirements of the automatic washing machine are realized。

1。1 概述

当今的社会汽车行业发展迅猛，汽车维修保养行业竞争更是愈演愈烈，洗车机由此得以广泛应用。汽车清洗可作为汽车美容汽车保养的一个前期必须的汽车服务项目，有着广阔的市场前景和可观的利润空间。

目前大多数汽车清洗站点都是由粗糙的人工采用高压水枪简单冲洗，洗车用水量大、洗车污水不能循环使用，有些甚至随意排放，既浪费了水资源又造成环境污染。严重地影响了城市的市容卫生。
