摘要:胰岛素是调节小鼠低血糖的重要激素之一，但其有效剂量范围还不太明确，本文主要是观察并探讨胰岛素的有效剂量范围。本文分别用0。05ml/10g、0。1ml/10g、0。15ml/10g、0。2ml/10g、0。25ml/10g、0。3ml/10g、0。35ml/10g和0。4ml/10g的剂量给小鼠注射胰岛素，在小鼠出现惊厥、抽搐等低血糖症状后及时注射一定量的葡萄糖（0。1ml/10g）抢救，探讨胰岛素致小鼠低血糖效应的有效剂量范围。实验观察到以0。05ml/10g给小鼠注射胰岛素后，小鼠和正常小鼠没有区别；以0。1ml/10g剂量注射后小鼠出现轻微的低血糖症状；以0。4ml/10g剂量注射后小鼠立即死亡；而注射剂量在0。1ml/10g~0。35ml/10g的小鼠都有不同程度的惊厥、抽搐、死亡等低血糖现象。因此得出胰岛素致小鼠低血糖效应的有效最小剂量是0。1ml/10g，有效最大剂量是0。4ml/10g。93506

Abstract: Insulin is one of the most important hormones in the regulation of hypoglycemia in mice, but the effective dose range is not clear。 This paper uses 0。05ml/10g, 0。1ml/10g, 0。15ml/10g, 0。2ml/10g, 0。25ml/10g, 0。3ml/10g, 0。35ml/10g and 0。4ml/10g dose injected to mice, and timely injected  a certain amount of glucose(0。1ml/10g) after seizures, convulsions and other symptoms of hypoglycemia in mice to rescue, to explore the effective dose of insulin induced hypoglycemia effect in mice。 The experiment observed in 0。05ml/10g mice after insulin injection to mice, there is no difference by normal mice 。But in a dose of 0。1ml/10g after injection of mice had mild symptoms of low blood sugar, and with a dose of 0。4ml/10g after injection of mice died immediately。 Mice were injected in a dose of 0。1ml/ 10g~0。35ml/10g have hypoglycemia,such as convulsions, convulsions, and death phenomenon in different degrees。 Therefore, the minimum effective dose of insulin induced hypoglycemia was 0。1ml/10g, and the maximum effective dose was 0。4ml/10g。源C于H优J尔W论R文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752-018766
