杭州市四季青地区高血压人群中医健康管理认知与需求情况调查研究

摘要目的：了解四季青社区高血压患者中医药科普知识认知程度和需求情况，找到认知程度与社会人口学因素之间和认知程度与血压控制情况之间的关系。方法：采用问卷调查对四季青社区200例35岁以上高血压患者进行问卷调查并与四季青社区中医科医师和全科中心医生访谈，然后对调查得到的数据用SPSS进行统计分析。结果：四季青社区高血压患者的中医药科普知识中，“五行学说”、“阴阳学说”等不了解人数的比例为10%、9。5%，不了解人数比其他科普知识较高；认知程度均值最高组为血压控制稳定组，其次为偶尔波动组，最后为经常波动组，中医药科普知识认知程度对血压控制有显著影响（P＜0。01）；患者对中医健康管理服务需求前五位的项目为，饮食指导、起居指导、拔罐、推拿、中药茶饮，比例分别为100%、98%、93。5%、91%。结论：四季青社区高血压患者的中医药科普知识认知范围较广，但不够深入；较高的认知程度有助于稳定控制血压；患者对中医健康管理服务项目需求度较高且呈现多样性。为进一步提高四季青社区高血压患者中医药科普知识认知程度，四季青应采取针对性的方式有效开展活动；提供需求度较高的中医健康管理服务项目，以满足高血压患者需求。89165
