摘要目的 本研究旨在基于知信行模式调查杭州市大学针对避孕节育的知信行现状，并探讨 其影响因素，为正确开展在校大学生避孕节育健康教育工作提供有益帮助。方法 采用方便 抽样与随机整群抽样相结合的方法，选取杭州师范大学和浙江水利水电学院的共计 305 名大 学生进行问卷调查。采用卡方检验和 t 检验对不同变量的知信行结果进行比较，采用 logistic 回归法进行避孕节育行为的影响因素分析。结果 在被调查的 305 名学生中，39%有男（女） 朋友，其中有发生过性行为有 63 人，占 20。7%；自己或伴侣发生过意外妊娠有 9 人，占 3。9%。 避孕节育相关知识的平均分为 48。13 分。男生高于女生，高年级高于低年级，本科高于专科。89147
55。7%的大学生对于采取避孕节育措施的态度较积极。在发生性行为的 63 名大学生中，有69。84%的大学生，采取避孕措施的概率为 80%至 100% 。结论 大学生对于避孕节育的知识 掌握水平低，对于避孕节育的态度较积极，相关行为及行为意向现状有所优化。应继续加强 避孕节育的健康教育，并针对性别、年级、学校间的不同进行调整优化。

Abstract Objective: This study aims to investigate the current situation of knowledge and practice of contraceptive births in Hangzhou University based on the knowledge and practice model, and to explore its influencing factors。 Methods A total of 305 undergraduates from Hangzhou Normal University and Zhejiang Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Engineering were selected by means of convenient sampling and random cluster sampling。 The chi - square test and variance analysis were used to compare the results of different variables。 Results Among the 305 students surveyed, 39% had male (female) friends, including 63 had sex, accounting for 20。7%; 9% of their own or her partner had an accidental pregnancy Conclusion The level of knowledge of contraceptive birth control is low, the attitude towards contraception is more positive。 We should continue to strengthen the health education of contraceptive knowledge, and for gender, grade, the adjustment between the different schools to optimize。
