Abstract

situation is a hot topic. Coincidentally, when caming to Jiangning machinery factory, we
analyzed the factory environment, found all around area, there are a lot of old people
here, which prompted us to choose this one idea community reconstruction.
Further analysis of the history of the status of plant, plant, all of these push us to build a
community. Then we read the literature, his own analysis of the elderly mental and
physical requirement, decided to use the retention of the workshop, each floor has given
its function, to solve the needs of the elderly from space. In addition, we also careful
offer mant activities and set partitions, the elderly and children common recreation space,
also arrange monthly activities, hoping that the old man's life is rich and colorful,
psychology has been paid more and more attention and care. Taking good care of the

1.1 项目背景
厂房位于上海市浦东新区，位于由由新村北面原来脏乱破旧粉尘污染严重
的的旧厂房，让它回归于服务当地的居民和老人是非常有意义的。
在 2010年的世博会后，特别是在轨道交通优尔号线和七号线开通后，项目
基地附近的交通得到了很好的改善。原来在占着三面与白莲泾相连破旧的机械
厂却依旧“不合时宜”地杵在这块“风水宝地”里。 当汽车开在对面的龙阳路立交上
时，可以清楚地看到这个厂房。不仅影响了白莲泾河畔的美观，更影响了上海
的市容市貌。因为龙阳路高架，是从浦东机场前往上海市区的必经之路之一。
所以改造，势在必行。
1.2 项目意义
考虑到江宁机械厂自身原因和所处环境，我们挖掘到的意义有 2 个方面，希望
从以下两方面入手， ：
1.2.1自身历史遗留下来的感情：
江宁机械厂在这个岁月已经走过 94 年，从最初的小厂一步步走来变成今天这
样，经历了最初的平凡到中期的兴盛再走到最后的没落，如今已经没有运作的能力
了。可是已经在周围安家落户或者仍住在厂内的老员工不愿离去，还在厂里厂外的
过生活。我们希望，这个厂可以被改造成一个为自己老员工谋福利的地方，希望他
们可以在里面发挥自己新的作用。
1.2.2 给周边环境带来福音：
所以我们打算把这块地的公共空间和内部空间都利用起来，打造一个为老人以
及儿童服务的一个全方位的服务公园，从功能上、视觉上、觉上和触觉上为他们服务，也有很多可以互动的活动增加这一片社区的活跃度。
1.3 设计目标
力求打造能为周围老人服务的社区公园，从心理需求，生理需求上去迎合老人
的需要，提供丰富多彩的生活、全面的功能设施配套齐全，可以让老人把这里当作
家。
2 基础分析说明
2.1 区位分析
项目基地处于上海浦东新区，原为江宁机床厂，开办于 1920 年，至今已
有八十年的历史，现已不堪老化。基地三面与白莲泾相联，视野辽阔。基地临
