摘 要：形体训练不仅可以塑造人美优美的体态，养成良好的性格，而且也有助于培养高雅的气质，形体训练以舞蹈训练为基础，而形体芭蕾作为一种舞蹈形式，通常被选择作为形体训练的基础。近几年来，形体芭蕾在舞蹈课堂中越来越受重视，在舞蹈教育普及所占比例日益加重，形体芭蕾的各种独特的作用也逐渐被发掘出来。而且形体芭蕾对于少儿的身心健康发展具有极其大的帮助作用，所以形体芭蕾引入小学舞蹈教学课堂具有重要的意义。因此，本文将探讨形体芭蕾进入小学课堂的必要性。70823

Abstract: Ballet is a worldwide art form, known as the Pearl of the crown of Western art. Except as a performing art, It also helps beautify the human body posture, makes people’s behavior become dignified and elegant. In recent years, form ballet becomes more and more respected in the class. And it takes an important place in dace education. Also, the advantages of form ballet have been dig out gradually. At the same time, form ballet has great help in children health development. So, form ballet will have great meaning to us if it id brought into the class in elementary school. In order to study ballet into the primary school classroom, combined with the practice, this paper elaborate elementary dance education development in present situation, analyze from the basic technique and physical development of the ballet enlightenment education, analysis will be brought into the world of dance modern dance elementary education students, and compared with the traditional change change benign dance elementary education.

1  前言

近年来，形体芭蕾在舞蹈普及教育中所占的比例日益加重，面向的人群也愈加广泛，无论是在一些师范类院校的舞蹈专业课程设置中，还是在社会普及教育的舞蹈培训机构中，形体芭蕾都发挥着独特的作用。形体芭蕾受到人们广泛关注的原因大致有二：一是因为其易于接受、寓教于乐的训练方式；二是其来源于舞蹈基本功训练课，取其精华，并加入了实用性的训练内容，因此将形体芭蕾进入小学课堂有着十分重要的意义。
