摘要：通过近几年频发的广场舞矛盾所引发的关于城市公共文化尤其是公共文化空间缺失的思考，对上海市公共文化空间的缺乏进行研究。结合上海市各区的广场舞现状发现，随着物质生活条件的提高，对健身需求的增加，休闲体育空间越发显得不足，正是由于城市化的快速发展而导致的城市规划一追求经济效益而忽视了市民对公共文化的需求，使得矛盾日益突出。
为改善这一现状，建议政府在注重经济发展的同时，充分考虑百姓需求，支持社会力量加入公共文化建设，加大对公共文化的管理与投入，依托法律法规，促进公共空间的拓展，减少社会矛盾，创建和谐社会。27826

The impact of urban square dance on public culture --take Shanghai for example
ABSTRACT：The square dance conflicts occurs frequently in recent years which makes me think about the issue of lacking of urban public cultural especially the lack of public cultural space .Because of this ,I studied and researched this problem . Together with the present situation of the square dance of some districts in Shanghai, and I found that with the improvement of material living conditions, the demands for fitness increase, the leisure sports space appears insufficient .Due to the rapid development of urbanization ,urban planning blindly pursues economic benefits and ignores people's needs which makes the contradictions more prominent .
To improve this situation ,the suggestions are take both the economic development and people’s needs into consideration ,meanwhile encourage social forces join the public cultural construction, increasing the financial input to the management of the public cultural and depending on the laws and regulations to promote public space and create a harmonious society.

（一）研究背景和意义
近年来，随着我国经济的持续发展，人们的生活水平不断地提高，人民群众已不满足于对物质的追求，人们转而开始关注文化健身活动以寻求精神上的富足。我国城市化的快速发展以及城市老龄化的加速，人们对体育健身的需求愈发强烈，而广场舞潮流的兴起，恰好迎合了他们对于增强体质和排遣孤寂的双重需求。
如今，广场舞群众的身影无处不在，他们几乎占领了一切可能被利用的空地，地地铁出口被堵、居民楼下“飙舞”还有不适时的高分贝的噪音污染，使得广场舞备受骂名。本文对上海广场舞发展存在的问题进行分析，得出影响其发展的因素，并且对这些问题提出建议，希望能够对广场舞未来的发展有帮助作用。 论城市广场舞对公共文化的影响:http://www.youerw.com/yinyue/lunwen_22456.html
