摘 要：由于城市和农村在教育资源，教学理念方面存在差异，小学音乐教育的具体情况也有所差别，当今社会，国家在大力倡导素质教育，在倡导素质教育的同时，农村小学音乐教育凸显出种种问题，还不能真正实现素质教育。本文通过以项城市红旗小学为例，首先通过对红旗小学音乐教育的现状对师资资源以及学生素养状况进行分析，进而分析出当前红旗小学教育存在的教育观念落后，师资力量缺乏，教学设备落后，教材内容偏深等问题，并最终提出加快红旗小学音乐教育存在的问题以及改变教育理念，引进师资力量，增大教育投入，改革音乐教材等建议。本论文希望通过此次的分析，能够很好地了解红旗小学的现状，为项城市红旗小学提出建议和对策，也为今后的教育事业奠定基础。24958

浅谈如何发展农村小学音乐教育--以项城市红旗小学为例
