摘要连杆是将活塞与曲轴连接起来的重要部件,作用在活塞上的压力通过连杆传 递给连杆。连杆通过连杆小头与活塞销相连,通过连杆大头与曲柄销相连。连杆 小头做直线往复运动,而连杆大头做回转运动,连杆的其余部分与运动轨迹复杂。 连杆受力情况复杂,这要求连杆具有足够的结构刚度和疲劳强度。83961

本文主要进行了连杆结构尺寸的设计和计算,连杆螺栓强度计算以及连杆部 件的有限元分析。结构尺寸的设计及计算可以获得下一步进行连杆螺栓强度计算 的研究基础,为进一步进行零件强度校核提供计算依据。连杆螺栓的预紧方法和 预紧力的大小与连杆可靠性息息相关,通过对预紧方法与预紧力的分析和选择, 可以对连杆螺栓进行强度校核计算。最后进行连杆部件的有限元分析,这可让我 们得到连杆部件的应力分布情况,并奠定下一步结构强化及应力分布情况改善的 基础。

Abstract Connecting rod is an important part which connects the piston to the crankshaft,the pressure acting on the piston passes through the connecting rod to the connecting rod。The connecting rod is connected with the connecting rod through a piston pin,connecting the end of the connecting rod with the crank pin through the connecting rod。The top end of the connecting rod to do reciprocating motion,and the big end of the connecting rod to do rotary motion,the rest of the connecting rod is complex with the trajectory。Stress situation of connecting rod is complicated,this requires that the connecting rod has sufficient structural stiffness and fatigue strength。

This paper mainly carries on the design and calculation of the connecting rod structure size, the strength calculation of the connecting rod bolt and  the  finite element analysis of the connecting rod parts。 The design and calculation of the structure size can get the research foundation of the next step for the strength calculation of the connecting rod bolt, which can provide the calculation basis for the strength check of the parts。 The preload method of connecting rod bolt and the size of preload is closely related to the reliability of connecting rod。 Through the analysis and selection of Preload Method and preload, the strength analysis of connecting rod bolts can be carried out。 Finally, the finite element analysis of the connecting rod components, which allows us to obtain the stress distribution of the connecting rod parts, and lay the foundation for the further improvement of the structure and  the stress distribution of the next step。
