摘要近些年来，集刺激与速度于一身的过山车成为人们众多最爱娱乐项目之一。一辆高 速行驶的过山车可以匹敌世界上最快的赛车，而过山车的质量与体积又比普通赛车大得 多，在高速行驶时会给人提心吊胆的感觉。因此，过山车的安全性备受人们关注，过山 车的设计关乎乘坐游客的人身安全。其中，轨道和支柱的安全性又是过山车安全性设计 中的重中之重。本文研究了某一过山车的结构，运用 PROE 对过山车轨道建立模型，并 使用 HYPERMESH 对模型进行网格划分，建立轨道和支撑结构的有限元分析模型，在 ANSYS 中按列车对轨道管、轨道支撑管、立柱结构的不利位置加载，得到结构的强度分析结果， 并对结果进行了合理分析，提出优化解决方案。79444

Title Indoor roller coaster track and column structure stress analysis
Abstract In recent years,roller coaster has become one of the most popular entertainments among people because of its speed and exciting feelings to people。A roller coaster with a high speed can as fast as the fastest racing car in the world,but the values of weight and volume of it are much larger than those of an ordinary racing car。When a roller coaster runs with a high speed,it can give us lots of fear。Therefore,people now pay more attention to the security of roller coasters。The design of a roller coaster is related to our safety。The safety of tracks and supporting columns is the top priority in the safety design of roller coasters 。In this paper,we studied one roller coaster's structure。We used PROE to model a roller coaster's tracks and used HYPERMESH to mesh the model,build tracks and build a finite element analysis of support structures。In ANSYS,we can get the results of strength analyses by loading the disadvantageous positions of track tubes,track supporting tubes and column structures。And then we made a reasonable analysis of the results and presented the optimization solutions。
