含铀废水在有序多孔材料上的吸附行为

摘要:近年来国内外已将沸石广泛应用于放射性废水处理。吸附材料的吸附性能与其吸附目标核素有很大的关系,一种吸附剂只对一种或几种放射性核素同时有很高的选择性和吸附容量。沸石是一种天然矿物,在废水处理工艺中经常被用来作为吸附剂,同时还兼有过滤剂和离子交换剂的作用。这种材料与其他无机吸附剂相比,具有较强的吸附能力和净化效果, 本实验采用模拟放射性废水,选择ZSM-5作为吸附剂,进行模拟含铀废水中UO22+吸附实验,对影响吸附效果的因素进行了研究,通过吸附动态实验,得出了用沸石材料吸附的影响因素和最佳控制条件,确定了影响沸石吸附效果的因素。通过实验结果表明:反应时间、ph值、投加量、初始浓度对铀酰离子的吸附率都有一定影响。其中,pH 值是影响铀去除率的主要因素, 在pH=2-3的条件下吸附效果最佳。另外, 铀初始浓度越高, 沸石的吸附量越高,吸附效率越低。同时,考察SBA-15在最佳条件下的吸附效率,对比有序多孔吸附材料的孔径与其吸附性能之间的关联规律。两种吸附剂对铀酰离子的吸附效果对比,SBA-15要优于ZSM-5。在pH为2,温度为25℃,转速为200r/min,反应时间为60min条件下,1000mg的ZSM-5对初始浓度为10mg/L的铀酰溶液的去除率达到64.04%,是吸附的最佳条件。两种材料在最佳条件下的吸附量分别为:ZSM-5:0.6404 mg/g;SBA-15:5.071 mg/g.此外,在ph=1的条件下吸附几乎没有吸附效果可考虑在ph=1的条件下进行脱附。64561

Title   Adsorption behavior of containing uranium wastewater on Ordered porous materials                                      

Abstract:

Zeolites have been widely used to radioactive waste water treatment at home and abroad in recent years,.
