摘要:眼底相机具有技术成熟,成本低,操作简单等优点,已成为现代医学检查的应用最广泛的仪器之一。传统眼底相机采用可见光光源对眼底照明,需要对眼睛使用散瞳药物避免眼睛会产生刺激性反应,但散瞳药物也会对人体产生副作用。运用近红外光源作为照明光源,经过照明光学系统直接对人眼进行照明,人眼不会对其产生刺激性反应,因此免散瞳近红外眼底相机的设计对临床医学和科学研究都具有十分重要的意义。本文在基于ZEMAX光学设计软件的基础上,采用波长为850nm的近红外光源设计研究一种新型免散瞳近红外眼底相机。由于眼底在近红外光的反射率比在可见光的反射率高,眼底成像图像的细节清晰、质量高;并且波长越长,可以观察更深的眼底组织信号,可以提供更深层次的眼底细节;同时对人眼的伤害较小,这些作为免散瞳近红外眼底相机的优势对临床检测的一些问题提供了解决办法。52714

本毕业设计论文首先论述了传统眼底眼底相机和新型眼底相机基本原理,其次运用理想光学系统的物像关系和实际光学元件结构参数,建立成像系统、照明系统和固视系统的设计原理图。同时在设计中考虑避免角膜反射光等杂散光对成像质量的影响。然后运用ZEMAX设计软件,模拟基于标准眼模型的成像光路、照明光路和固视光路。同时分析了照明光路的几何像分析图,可知眼底照明光能量达到59.4%,眼底照明基本达到均匀。分析了成像光路的像差和MTF图,得到艾里斑半径为13.45μm,眼底相机分辨率为13.9μm。最后给出了成像系统和照明系统搭建的光路,并分析了标准眼模型眼底成像图像。

Design of free mydriatic near infrared fundus camera

Abstract: Fundus camera has a mature technology, low cost, the advantages of simple operation, has become one of the most widely used instrument in modern medical examination. Traditional fundus camera using visible light of fundus lighting, need to avoid eyes can produce irritating to eyes with mydriatic drugs reaction, but specialized drug also can produce side effects on the human body. Using near infrared light source as a lighting source, after lighting lighting optical system directly to the human eye, the eye does not produce irritating reaction to its, so avoid mydriatic near infrared fundus camera design for clinical medicine and scientific research is of great significance. In this paper, based on the ZEMAX optical design software, on the basis of using near infrared light source wavelength of 850 nm design research a kind of new free mydriatic near infrared fundus camera. As a result of the fundus in near-infrared light reflectivity is higher than in the reflectivity of visible light, fundus imaging clear image details, high quality; And the longer the wavelength, can look for the deeper fundus tissue signal, can provide deeper fundus details; Less damage to the human eye at the same time, such as free of mydriatic advantages of near infrared fundus camera some problems of clinical detection provides the solution. 

This graduation design paper first discusses the basic principle of traditional fundus fundus camera and a new type of fundus camera, followed by use of ideal optical system of the eyeball and the relationship and the actual structural parameters of optical element, imaging system, lighting system and a fixation system design principle diagram.
