摘要随着社会发展，拥有终身学习能力的人才是当今社会所需要的人才，而达到终身学习的首要任务就是培养自主学习的能力。中学生正处于建立自我意识和独立性的关键时期，教师必须把握好这个时机着重培养学生自主学习的能力。本文通过对中学生的问卷调查以及面访，通过广泛的文献调研，深入了解了中学生物理自主学习能力的现状和影响自主学习能力的几大因素，对如何提高学生物理自主学习提出了自己的思考和见解。44216

Abstract ：With the development of society，a person who has life-long learning ability will meet the requirements of society, and the primary task to achieve life-long learning is to cultivate the self learning ability. Middle-school students are in the key period to establish their self consciousness and independence , therefore, teacher must grasp the time to focus on training students’ self-learning ability. In this article, middle-school students’ self-regulated physics learning was investigated by interview, questionnaire survey and literature survey, from which several factors affecting the ability of self learning are mentioned. In order to improve middle school students’ self-learning ability, some particular suggestions and protocols are put forward.
