摘要:全钒液流电池作为一种新型大型蓄能装备,是当今世界具有很大发展前景的绿色环保型电池,具有可快速冲放电,大规模蓄能,和深度放电等方面的优点。而电极作为钒电池最关键的部件之一,其性能的好坏直接决定钒电池的质量。生产性能优良并可以走向实际应用的钒电池电极一直是国内外研究的一个热点。石墨毡类电极一直成为厂家制作钒电池电极和研究的首选。但没有经过处理的石墨毡电极的亲水性能差,电极反应可逆性差。而通过对石墨毡进行改性处理改善其吸水性能和电化学活性。34651
本论文主要研究是石墨毡电极在硫酸的溶液里的电化学氧化,并通过循环伏安法和电池充放电测试进行检测,比较处理后的与处理前的石墨毡电极的电化学性能和亲水性。研究表明,经电化学氧化处理后的石墨毡电极表面的含氧官能团明显增多,电化学活性增强。

Graphene-based electrode preparation and performance testing for VRB
Abstract:As a new large-scale energy storage equipment, a vanadium redox flow battery has great prospects for the development of environment-friendly batteries in the world ,it has many advantages ,such as a fast charge and discharge, a large-scale energy storage, and the depth of discharge. The electrode is used as one of the most critical components of the vanadium battery, its performance directly determines the quality of the vanadium battery. Vanadium battery electrode which has excellent performances and can be applied to practice has been a research hotspot.
     Ideal electrode material must have good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, good electrical conductivity to excellent electrochemical activity and low cost. In the electrode materials used at home and abroad, the graphite felt electrodes class has become the first choice for the manufacturers who produce and research vanadium battery electrode. But Graphite felt electrode which is untreated has poor performance, and poor reversibility of the electrode reaction. Oxidation treatment and added absorbing oxygen-containing functional groups can be very good to improve graphite felt electrode’s water absorption and electrochemical activity.
The main research of this paper is the electrochemical oxidation of graphite felt electrode in sulfuric acid solution, and we have compared the treated graphite felt electrodein with the untreated in the aspects of the electrochemical properties and hydrophilicity by cyclic voltammetry and charge discharge test. Studies have shown that Oxygen containing functional groups increased significantly and electrochemical activity will enhance in the surface of the graphite felt electrode after electrochemical oxidation process.
