多功能实验控制系统的设计,介绍了一种多功能的实验装置控制箱,该控制箱可实现对搅拌器、加热炉还有水位的控制,并且可以实现即插即用

摘    要

本设计介绍了一种多功能的实验装置控制箱,该控制箱可实现对搅拌器、加热炉还有水位的控制,并且可以实现即插即用。该控制箱分别有二路输入端可和三路输出端口,分别是温度、液位的输入和加热、电磁阀信号、搅拌的输出。控制搅拌机电机的稳压与变压线路,和控制加热炉温度与控制加热时间的控制程序模块,水位控制模块均集成在控制箱内,从而可实现(1)加热时间的程序控制;(2)控制实验水浴液位高低,防止干烧,或溢出本设计是为了简化平时在实验中对实验仪器的繁琐控制步骤,并且可提高实验的安全性。该控制箱的主要有以便上特点:1。集成性。2。安全性。集成性主要体现在将测温,定时加热,定时搅拌原本是三个不同的实验装置现在全都集成到同一个实验控制箱内,大大的提高了实验室的效率,并且简化了实验的操作步骤。安全性主要体现于时间装置控制箱加设了一个水位传感器,可以避免长时间进行水域加热,并且没有人看管实验时,确保实验的正常进行,一旦出现水烧过低,(温度计与空气接触温度并不会有改变)将出现持续加热的情况,马上会打开实验水路中的电磁阀,控制水浴锅中的液位,防止干烧。进而保证实验室与实验人员的安全,在简化操作的前提下大大提高了实验的安全性。90462

Abstract

This paper introduces an experimental device for multifunctional control box, the control box comprises a conventional mixer, heating furnace and water level controller of the three experimental device, and can realize the plug and a control box that is used。 My experiment is the access control box of three lines, respectively, control motor and transformer voltage mixer circuit, and control the temperature of the heating furnace and control the heating time control instrument procedures, and a water level sensor is connected to the control line, when the material liquid level, prevent dry burning。 My design is to simplify the usual experimental control of the experimental instruments in the process, and improve the safety of the experiment。 Multi function experimental device control box has a performance: 1 integration。 2 security。 The integration is mainly reflected in the timing of heating temperature, time, stirring was originally three different experimental devices are all integrated into the same experimental control box, greatly improve the efficiency of the laboratory, and simplifies the operation steps of the experiment。。 Security is mainly reflected the incorporation of a water level sensor device in time control box, can avoid the long time of heating water, and no one to look after the experiment, to ensure the normal, once the water is dried, (the thermometer in contact with air temperature and no change) short circuit will appear, immediately the power supply is cut off, so as to ensure the safety of personnel and laboratory experiments, in the premise of simplified operation and greatly improve the safety of the experiment。
