大容量D型燃气锅炉炉膛内流动与燃烧的模拟分析。D型锅炉是一种外表类似大写D字的自然循环的热水锅炉。本文主要从两个方面来着手研究,一个是研究炉膛在冷态模拟时炉膛的速度场

摘要能源是每个国家都大力发展与保护的东西,是一个国家的经济发展以及社会稳定的基础。燃料的种类有很多,不仅有固体燃料秸秆、煤;同时还有液体燃料石油以及液相的化学燃料;气体燃料天然气等。目前我国的能源分布来看,石油越来越少,而煤或者天然气比较多,所以,现在我国的绝大多数锅炉基本上使用的是煤来作为燃料,也有少部分使用石油或者天然气。同时,随着我国的经济发展,我国的需要使用到锅炉的电厂、工厂、以及普通百姓对热能的需求越来越大,化石燃料的使用也越来越多。所以导致我国的环境污染越来越严重,因此我国的对我国现有的锅炉进行升级和改造就显得尤为重要了。86938

D型锅炉是一种外表类似大写D字的自然循环的热水锅炉。本文主要从两个方面来着手研究,一个是研究炉膛在冷态模拟时炉膛的速度场,压力场,和湍动能以及耗散率。这是对燃烧模拟的前提基础,分析炉膛的烟气流动以及气体在炉膛具体部位的气流脉动强度等。二是进行燃烧模拟,本文也从两个方面研究了燃烧模拟,首先在对全负荷的锅炉进行了速度场,温度场,压力场、以及气象浓度场的模拟,分析炉膛内的温度分布,判断所选的燃烧器在满负荷时运行它的温度中的高温区是否会对炉膛的后墙水冷壁造成伤害,分析炉膛内的炉膛内的气体组分。然后我又进行了对锅炉50%和35%热负荷时的燃烧模拟,得出炉膛内的温度分布情况和甲烷的质量分数浓度云图。将这两种图和之前满负荷相比较,分析结果。

对锅炉进行燃烧模拟时,最关键的是选好燃烧模型以及选好湍流模型和辐射模型。模型选取的好坏关乎着燃烧模拟结果的准确与否,所以至关重要。本文选取应用于高雷诺数的标准k-e模型,选取了燃烧模型是涡耗散模型,选取了辐射模型是 P1模型。

通对锅炉炉膛的的冷态和燃烧模拟,我们可以知道本文所选的燃烧器是符合该模型的,此外根据最后模拟的结论,如果我们想人为的调节炉膛内的温度场、速度场、气相浓度场,可以通过调节燃烧器输入功率来实现。最后通过模拟的结果为改善燃气锅炉的设计和生产运行提供一些必要的资料。

Abstract Energy is a very important substance what every country to develop and protect and is a country's foundation of the economic development and social stability 。Fuel have a lot of types , not only have solid fuel ,such as straw、coal;As well as the liquid fuel oil and liquid chemical fuel。Gas fuel such as natural gas etc。At present our country energy distribution, less oil, coal and natural gas is more, so, now our country most of the boiler using coal as fuel, basically have a few use oil or gas。At the same time, along with the economic development of our country, our country need to use to the boiler of power plant, factory, at the same time, ordinary people more and more demand for heat, the use of fossil fuels is also more and more。So the cause of environmental pollution is more and more serious in our country, so renovating and upgrading to our country existing boiler is particularly important in our country。     

 D type boiler is a kind of appearance similar to capital D word natural circulation hot water boiler。In this paper ,the main research object is doing combustion simulation of 200 t/h D type boiler。This article mainly from two aspects to begin, one is studying the chamber of a stove or furnace in cold simulation chamber of a stove or furnace velocity field, pressure field, and the turbulent kinetic energy and dissipation rate。This is the foundation of combustion simulation, analysis of the chamber of a stove or flue gas flow and specific parts of the gas in the chamber air flow pulsation intensity, etc。Second,we will doing combustion simulation, this article also study the combustion simulation from two aspects , first of all we simulate the velocity field, temperature field, pressure field for the full load of the boiler, as well as the meteorological concentration field simulation, analyzing the temperature’s distribution inside the furnace, judging the selected burner in the temperature of the high temperature will harm the back wall of the chamber of a stove or furnace water wall in full load running, analysis of the gas composition in the hearth。Then I carried out 50% and 35% of thermal load for boiler combustion simulation , distribution of temperature in the furnace and the mass fraction of methane concentration cloud。Before the two diagrams and compared at full capacity,  analiying the results 。 大容量D型燃气锅炉炉膛内流动与燃烧的模拟分析:http://www.youerw.com/wuli/lunwen_121536.html
