Workbench大挠性板式结构动力学分析

摘要无论是在航天领域的卫星太阳能帆板和天线,还是在航海领域的各种船舶,又 或是日渐普及的高速汽车,大挠性板式结构都在其中发挥着很大的作用。本文以大 挠性矩形薄板为模型,对其动力学特性进行研究。运用 ANSYS 软件中的 Workbench 模块,首先,假设模型不受重力影响,将矩形薄板的一端固定,对其进行模态分析(Modal)。然后,模拟模型一端固定、另一端受力的情况对其进行静力学分析(Static Structural),最后,使矩形薄板以一定的角速度和角加速度转动,即进行动态分析(Transient Structural)。 另外,为了更好的了解材料弹性模量与旋转速度对薄板整体变形和末端位移的影响,本文又进行了几组对比实验,如不同材料在同种转速下的变形情况,同种材 料在不同弹性模量、相同转速下的变形情况,同种材料、同样的弹性模量在不同转 速下变形的情况。依次得到结果并进行比较,以便于我们对大挠性板式结构更好的 理解与应用。85074

Abstract Whether it is in the field of air and space, such as the large space station, or in the field of ship, automobile, building and other civil engineering, large flexible plate structure is a very important part of the m。 In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of large flexible plate structure are studied by using the flexible rectangular thin plate as the model。 By using the Workbench module in ANSYS software, first of all, the assumption that the model is not affected by gravity, one end of a rectangular thin plate is fixed, then the modal analysis is carried out。 Then, the static analysis is carried out on the condition that one end is fixed at one end and the other end is stressed。 Finally, the rectangular thin plate is rotated with a certain angular velocity and angular acceleration, which is a dynamic analysis。 When the dynamic analysis is carried out, the deformation of the thin plate  under  different   rotating  speed is analyzed   and compared。

In addition, in order to better understand the influence of the elastic modulus and rotational speed of the material on the whole deformation and the end displacement  of the thin plate, Several groups of contrast experiments are carried out in this paper,  such as the deformation of different materials at the same speed, the same material in different elastic modulus, deformation under the same speed, the same material, the same elastic modulus under different speed of deformation。 In order to obtain the results and make a comparison in order to facilitate the understanding and application of the large flexible plate structure。
