摘    要网络小说影视剧改编在近十余年来受到了广泛关注，其进军影视市场的强劲姿态更是掀起了网络小说改编热潮。但是，在此热潮背后，值得我们用理性批判的思维透过表面现象进行冷思考。本文在前人研究的基础上，以若干部时下热门的影视剧为研究对象，缕析作为影视改编剧“第一台本”的网络小说的发展历程，探究网络小说影视剧改编的发展渊源；主要从受众心理的角度入手，揭示网络小说影视剧改编得以掀起热潮的原因；并透过热潮表面，揭露网络小说影视剧改编这一产业链自身所隐藏的短板以及其造成的消极影响，试图探求网路小说影视剧改编的可持续发展之路。88743

Abstract The adaption of the film and television drama of the network novel has attrated widespread attention in the past ten years, the strong posture of it marches into the film market even raise a network novel adaption boom。 However, behind the boom,we should use rational and critical thinking sight to make cold thinking through the surface phenomena。 Based on the previous research, this article studied some popular films and television dramas, to analyze the development history of network novel, as it is the original scenario of films or television dramas,and to explore the source of  the adaptation of the film and television drama of the network novel。 Take the matter mainly from the psychology of audiences, to reveal the reasons why the adaption of the film and television drama of the network novel can raise a boom。 And expose the hidden short board of this adaption industry chain as well as the nagative impact of it through the seething surface phenomena, trying to explore a road of sustainable development of the adaption of the film and television drama of the network novel。
