毕业设计说明书中文摘要 随着无线宽带通信系统的迅速发展,宽带带通滤波器作为系统中射频前端的一个重要无源元件,其研究与设计具有极其重要的意义与价值。面对目前宽带平衡带通滤波器的发展趋势与性能需求,我们可以从宽带滤波器的三个方面来改善滤波器性能,包括边缘选择性,带外抑制特性以及抗干扰能力。对于本文设计的滤波器,在增强通带边缘选择性方面,我们可以通过加入信号干扰技术来改善。此外,随着系统内部的电磁干扰、元件耦合、环境噪声等引起了重视,需要采用差分结构来获得抗噪声能力。80398

本论文首先对宽带带通滤波器的研究意义和国内外研究现状进行了介绍,其次阐述了本设计的基本理论,包括横向信号干扰技术和差分网络,并在此基础上设计了两种宽带平衡带通滤波器,一种采用反相器作为180°移相器,另一种则由λ/4短路耦合线作为180°移相器,运用Ansoft Designer和Ansoft HFSS软件对结构进行仿真优化,分析了优化并给出了结果,最终确定了滤波器的结构尺寸,得到了两个相对带宽分别为97%和100%的平衡带通滤波器。

Title  The Design and Analysis of Wideband Balanced Bandpass             Filter Based on Signal Interference Concepts

Abstract With the rapid development of the wireless broadband communication system, as an important passive component of RF front-end system, the broadband bandpass filter has the extremely important significance and value。 For the developing trend and demand of the broadband filter,the performance of the broadband filter should be improved in three aspects, including the edge selectivity, the band rejection characteristic and the ability to resist interference。For the filter designed in this paper, the band edge selectivity can be improved by introducing signal interference technology。 In addition, with the electromagnetic interference, component coupling, environmental noise caused by the attention in the system ,the differential structure can be used to obtain the anti noise ability。

In this thesis,the content and research status around the world of wideband balance bandpass filter has been studied firstly,then the theoretical knowledge of the research structure has been introduced, including the signal interference technique and difference network。 And then two balanced wideband filters have been designed。 In one filter ,a inverterhas been used as a 180°phase shifter while in another  λ/4 short coupled line has been used as a 180°phase shifter。 Ansoft Designer and Ansoft HFSS software are used to optimize the structure, then the optimization process and results are analyzed。 Finally, the structure size of the filter has been determined,two balanced bandpass filter with 97% and 100% relative bandwidth have been obtained。
