采用刻缝基片集成波导结构的宽带带通滤波器设计

1。 设计了三种不同刻缝形状的SIW宽带带通滤波器。通过在SIW的顶层金属表面蚀刻不同的凹槽,实现宽带通。 其中采用N型槽SIW滤波器能实现较宽的相对带宽,仿真结果表明N形槽SIW滤波器的相对带宽为67%,带内插损为0。6dB。

2。设计了两种不同刻缝的HMSIW滤波器。HMSIW拥有与SIW相似的传输特性,并且尺寸更小。通过在HMSIW上刻蚀与SIW相同的槽可以发现,刻缝HMSIW滤波器的性能优于SIW滤波器,其中N形槽HMSIW滤波器的相对带宽为84%,带内插损为0。4dB。

3。研究对比了几种不同的SIW-微带线的过渡结构。经过仿真对比发现,SIW到微带线的过渡结构采用渐变过渡,如四分之一波长阻抗变换器,整体性能最好,而HMSIW到微带线的过渡结构则采用直接过渡时整体性能最好。

Title   Wideband Bandpass Filter Based on Slotted Substrate    Integrate Waveguide                                         

Abstract The substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) technology is widely used in communication system, and the wide band bandpass filter is one of the important research directions。 In this paper, based on the plane processing technology, and the application of the microwave and millimeter-wave in communication systems, the key technology of the wideband bandpass filter on SIW is studied, including:

    1。 Three different types of the slotted SIW wideband bandpass filters are Designed。 By etching different slot on the top metal of the SIW, the wideband is realized。 The N-shape slots SIW filter can achieve a high fractional bandwidth, the simulation results show that the fractional bandwidth of the N-shape slots SIW filter is 67%, with the insertion loss is 0。6dB。

    2。 Two different types of the slotted HMSIW filters are designed。 HMSIW has similar transmission characteristics with SIW, and is smaller in size。 By etching the same slot with SIW on HMSIW, it is obvious that the performance of slotted HMSIW filter is better than SIW filter, in which the fractional bandwidth of the N-shape slots HMSIW filter is 84%, and the insertion loss is 0。4dB。

    3。 Several different types of the transition structures between SIW and microstrip lines are studied and compared。 By comparing the simulation results, it is obvious that the gradual transition structure should be used as the transition structure between SIW and microstrip line, while the direct transition structure should be used as the transition structure between HMSIW and microstrip line。
