摘要四象限探测器(QD)结构简单,只需四个光电特性一致的光电二极管直角坐标排列,却能用来精确测定角度,方位。灵敏度高,信号运算电路简单,主要计算在算法模拟仿真上。所以在现代诸多领域都有所建树,如激光准直,准直激光可以应用于定向通信,掩膜预对准,制导武器,两种类型制导,主动,半主动,不过都需要接收器,可以应用四象限探测器。73353

   本论文主要研究均匀光斑在四象限探测器中的特点,高斯光斑略做分析,并提供了高斯光斑的(高斯函数)仿真模型。通过MATLAB仿真得到与光斑位置与光照面积的关系。然后通过探测器到通光孔的距离结合光斑位置得出它相对于通光孔到相探测器中心原点为中心轴的二维相对角度位移量(通过系统结构变化可以化为测镜面或其它物体角度偏移,核心)。用verilog设计经过放大电路和数模转化后的电压运算电路。用由电压运算电路输出的数值从仿真拟合曲线中找出位移量。

   对于主要内容用MATLAB仿真了四种算法特点。根据所选用的对于光强分布均匀的圆形光斑的仿真算法。本文中最准确的是加减算法,后三种△/ 算法,对数,对角所选用面积模型都是近似模型(舍弃了Y(或X)分量对光面积的影响),虽然对角线方法线性范围比加减算法大了 ,但本文为使各X轴长度相同(方便将除对数算法外的图放于一张中做对比),线性范围规定为2r。

在选择参数方面,根据探测器半径和光斑半径(结合线性范围)选取特点将其光斑半径归一化设为1。同时舍弃了X,Y轴上暗区误差。

Title:Angle measurement of the Four quadrant detector
