摘要:伴随着现代无线通信的迅猛发展,射频功率放大器作为射频发射机的主要组成部分,它的性能好坏在一定程度上影响着通讯质量。所以,射频功率放大器的研究和设计具有重要的研究价值和实际意义。

    论文研究了射频功率放大器的设计原理。由于在射频系统中,因为分布参数的影响,二端口网络的是开路和短路很难获得,使得不能按照低频电路的电压和电流方法来设计和分析电路,论文借助双端口网络结构,分析了S参数对于放大器设计中的重要意义,分析了射频功率放大器的设计的技术指标,如功率放大器的增益和稳定性、非线性、交调信号等。由于射频功率放大器要工作大信号的条件下,必定存在非线性的失真,由此产生的交调信号严重影响了输出的信号,因此功率放大器的非线性研究就成为了重要和难点,论文分析了其非线性特征,并对放大器线性技术进行了讨论。在此基础上,基于ADS仿真平台采用负载牵引原理成功设计出一款射频功率放大器,该放大器工作频率在1950MHz、输入输出驻波比小于2,输出功率达到35dBm左右,放大增益为12db。最终的仿真结果表明达到了预期的设计要求。92525

    随着半导体器件工艺和集成电路设计技术的发展,射频IC特别是MMIC技术将会快速发展,另一方面,随着DSP技术以及数字预失真技术的发展,射频放大器的非线性将得到改善,对于提高效率,有必要采用Doherty等技术来提高放大器的性能,这些都将成为射频放大器设计领域的研究重点。

Abstract:With the rapid development of modern wireless communications。RF power amplifier as an important of the RF transmitters,its performance largely affects the merits of the communication quality。thus,the RF power amplifier research and design has important research value and practical significance。

  This paper analyzes the design principle of the RF power amplifier。As in RF systems,the distribution of parameters,two-port network is difficult to obtain open and short circuit,which  is not in accordance with the low-frequency circuit voltage and current approach to the design and analysis of circuit,a dual-port network with the structure of the S amplifier design parameters for the significance of the RF power amplifier design of the technical indicators,such as the power amplifier gain and stability,nonlinear, internodulation signals。To work due to RF amplifier large signal which longevity has seriously affected the output signal,so the nonlinear characteristics,and amplifier linearization techniques are discussed。On this basis,ADS simulation platform based on principles of success using load-pull design a RF power amplifier。the amplifier operating frequency in 1950MHz。input and output VSWR is less than 2,the output power of about 35dbM,amplification gain of 12db。The final simulation results show that to achieve the desired design requirements。源F于K优B尔C论V文N网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752^018766

  With the technology of semiconductor devices and integrated circuit design technology,MMIC RF IC technology will be particularly rapid development,an the other hand,with DSP technology,and digital pre-distortion technology,the nonlinear RF amplifier will be improved。For efficiency,the need to introduce Doherty and other technology to improve the performance of th amplifier,the RF power amplifier design will become the hot research field。
