摘要本课题拟在设计一种液体浓度在线测量信号处理系统,以达到对任何一种透明的液体都能快速得到其浓度的目的。
浓度是液体的基本参数之一,在许多行业都需要对液体的浓度进行准确的测量。精确的测量液体的浓度,可以通过测量折射率来实现。因此本课题的实质就是对液体折射率的测量的研究
综合测量精度和可行性,本文设计了一种利用CCD自动测量液体浓度的系统。基本原理为平行光束斜向入射穿过透明待测液体,出射光束相对入射光束会有一个位移,用CCD测量经过液体和没经过液体时光斑位置的差值以及入射角等参数可以得到材料的折射率,再经过公式转换得到液体的浓度。本文选用了合适的CCD,运用恰当的EPGA技术进行 CCD驱动电路的设计,利用单片机设计出合理的CCD数据采集电路,并且设计软件完成了对输出信号的处理,最后通过仿真确定了该系统的实际可行性。23523

Title        Research of liquid concentration on on-line
measurement signal processing system
Abstract
This topic proposed in the design of a liquid on-line concentration measurement signal processing system, in order to reach the purpose that to any kind of transparent liquid can quickly get of its concentration. Concentration is one of the basic parameters of liquid. Many industries need to measure the concentration of the liquid accuratly. Precise measurements of the concentration of the liquid can be realized by measuring the refractive index of liquid. So the essence of this topic is the research of liquid refractive index measurement.
Considering measuring accuracy and feasibility, this paper designs a CCD automatic measuring the concentration of liquid system. Basic principle is that when the parallel beam incident through the transparent liquid under test obliquely, there will be a displacement between incident beam and outgoing beam. We can get the refractive index by measuring the difference of the spot position and angle of incidence with CCD,then  get the concentration of the liquid after transformation formula. The appropriate CCD are choosen in this paper. Appropriate EPGA technology are applied for the design of CCD driving circuit.Reasonable CCD data acquisition circuit are designed with microcontroller,and software are designed to complete the output signal processing.Finally the practical feasibility of the system are determined through the simulation.
