摘要水下激光通信这些年来一直处于研究的热门领域。水下激光通信拥有着电磁波无法比拟的优点,例如穿透性强,抗干扰性强,传输方向性好等优点。研究出激光在水下进行通信的最佳的的光源仿真,也就是寻找到最适合水下激光通信的波长。这对于激光在水下通信的发展具有非常重要的意义,例如军事上的潜艇通信等。本文首先介绍了一下本论文的研究背景、意义和国内外的研究现状。然后对大气通信信道做了比较简单的叙述, 再着重介绍了水下通信信道和它所会受到的影响,并做了对比分析。接着详细介绍了影响激光衰减的主要因素:纯水、非色素悬浮颗粒、黄色物质和浮游植物。通过查阅文献资料和对数据的拟合,得到了海水中的这几种物质对激光的衰减系数和计算公式。通过matlab软件仿真得到了这几种物质对激光的影响的衰减波形图,并且进行了激光在单独某一因素影响下,不同的传输距离下不同波长的激光衰减波形图。通过仿真波形可以看出,当激光的波长在波段400到550nm时,海水物质的对激光的衰减影响是比较小的,这也是本课题得出的最适合做为激光光源的波长范围。本课题的研究结论的得出对水下探索,深海作业以及军事上的潜艇通信技术的更新换代有一定的促进意义。86001

Abstract Underwater laser communication has been researched much for years。 Compared with the electromagnetic wave, underwater laser communication has more advantages, such as strong penetration, strong anti-interference, good transmission direction and so on。 The optimal light source simulation of laser communication in underwater is studied, in order to find the most suitable wavelength for underwater laser communication。 This is great significance for the development of laser communication in underwater, such as military submarine communication。 In this paper, firstly, the research background, significance and domestic and international research status of this thesis are introduced,。 Then the atmospheric communication channel is described simply, emphatically the underwater communication channel and the impact, and make contrastive analysis。 Thirdly, the main factors that affect the laser attenuation such as pure water, non-pigment suspended particles, yellow substance and plankton nets are introduced in detail。 By consulting the literature data and fitting the data, the attenuation coefficient and calculating formula of these substances in seawater have been obtained。 Using the MATLAB software simulation, the attenuation of these substances on the laser beam is obtained, and the laser is carried out under the influence of a single factor, the different wavelength of different transmission distance of the laser attenuation waveform。 From the simulation, the appropriate laser wavelength is 400 to 550 nm, the influence of the sea water mass on the laser attenuation is relatively small, which is the most suitable for the laser source wavelength range。 The conclusions drawn from this study can promote the upgrading of submarine communication technology in underwater exploration, deep sea operations and military submarine。
