摘 要：篮球课程从引进中学课堂以来，就深受中学生的喜爱。篮球运动可以发展学生的柔韧、灵敏、协调能力，同时培养学生团结协作的精神和竞争意识。本文通过对江苏省清江中学篮球活动开展的状况进行调查，展开规模化的问卷调查，系统地了解和掌握中学生篮球开展活动的现状与形式，通过对一手资料的数据进行分析，为改善江苏省清江中学高中篮球活动状况以及篮球活动的开展提供可行性的意见及建议。81057

1  前言

    随着人们生活水平的不断提高，生活条件的极大改善，拥有健康的身体便成为更多人关心的话题。篮球活动开展迅速，成为全民健身的手段之一，在中学校园的发展也迅速升温。中学体育严格按照新课标“健康第一”的教学原则，全面注重学生的兴趣爱好培养和个性的发展。如今，培养学生自我锻炼能力和终身体育观念俨然成为篮球课教学的主题。论文网

     研究过程中，我查阅了校图书馆相关专业的书籍，包括《篮球》、《体育教学》、《学校体育学》、《篮球运动教学与训练》等，并通过中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库查阅了近几年来国内外关于中学生篮球活动开展情况的学术论文及期刊文献，从而为本论题的研究提供了牢靠的理论依据。
