摘要：近年以来，随着经济全球化进程的不断深入，国与国间的贸易往来也增多，这对于推动我国经济持续健康发展有着重要意义。因此，外贸结构和产业结构升级的则成为了经济贸易领域的研究重点。国内外学者对这两个问题做了许多理论以及实证分析，但对于两者存在的关系则研究还较少。本文以外贸结构对经济增长的影响来分析二者之间存在的关系，从而更具体的提出促进河南省经济持续健康发展的建议。本文主要内容分为三大部分共优尔章：第一部分相关理论与文献综述，为实证分析河南省外贸结构与产业结构关系提供理论基础。第二部分为本文的中心部分。首先对河南省外贸结构与产业结构的发展与演进进行回顾，其次用协整理论和Granger因果关系检验分析二者的关系。第三部分为实证分析结果和政策建议。40473

Study on the Foreign trade structure and Industrial structure of Henan Province
Abstract：In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization, trade between countries increasingly frequent, the sustained and healthy development has important significance in promoting our country's economy. Therefore, the foreign trade structure and industrial structure upgrading has become the focus in the study of economic and trade fields. Scholars at home and abroad of the two problems have done a lot of theoretical analysis and empirical research, but also is a little research for the relation between the two. In this paper, the influence of the structure of foreign trade on economic growth to analyze the relationship between the two, and thus more targeted put forward the Suggestions to promote the development of Henan economic sustainable and healthy. In this paper, the main content is pided into three parts, a total of six chapters: the first part of the relevant theory and literature review, an empirical analysis for foreign trade structure and produce  of Henan province. The second part is the center part of this article. First of all to the foreign trade structure and industrial structure in Henan province have a review of the development and evolution, followed by using cointegration theory and Granger causality test analysis of the relationship between the two. The third part is the analysis and policy  suggestions for the provincial administration.
