摘要：随着改革开放的不断深入，我国经济发展迅速，并一跃成为世界第二大经济体。山东作为东部经济大省发展迅速。2016年山东全年生产总值67000亿元位居全国第三。但山东省内经济发展极不平衡，由东向西经济发展差异显著，一定的经济差异可以对经济发展起到积极促进的作用，但过度的差异就会导致一系列的社会问题。因此研究山东省内部经济差异的原因对于实现山东经济协调稳定发展具有重要意义。本文在前人研究区域经济差异的基础上并依据山《山东省统计年鉴1995-2015》首先以17地市为单位进行比较直观的分析。然后选择具有代表性的年份进行计算得出相应的基尼系数。根据基尼系数算来研究山东省经济发展水平的变化情况。根据所算出在以上研究的基础上结合制度，经济结构，区位，政策四方面进行探讨并分析经济差异形成的原因。最后在前人研究的基础上得出相关结论。94170

Abstract: With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly and has become the world's second largest economy。 Shandong as the eastern part of the rapid development of economic province。 2016 Shandong annual GDP of 690 billion yuan ranked third in the province。 However, the economic development in Shandong Province is very uneven, from east to west economic development is significant, a certain economic differences can play a positive role in promoting economic development, but excessive differences will lead to a series of social problems。 Therefore, it is of great significance to study the reasons of the economic disparity in Shandong Province to realize the coordinated and stable development of Shandong economy。
Based on the study of regional economic differences, this paper analyzes the dynamic and static aspects according to the Shandong Statistical Yearbook 2005-2011"。 Static aspects of the analysis of population, resources, natural conditions, location of these aspects of the dynamic analysis of the use of Gini coefficient analysis。
On the basis of the above research, this paper discusses the reasons of economic differences in the four aspects of system, economic structure, location and policy。 Finally, on the basis of previous studies, the relevant conclusions are drawn。

区域研经济差异是各国发展中不可避免的一个问题，尤其是对于人口众多地域广阔的国家，随着改革开放不断深入发展我国经济发展呈现出良好的态势，但随之而来的经济发展不平衡的问题也特别突出，以至于会影响国家经济社会的和谐稳定发展。所以区域经济发展差异的问题就显得越来越突出越来越迫切。从20世纪90年代我国经济发展区域差异问题得到了海内外的普遍关注，随着研究不断的深入人们从最初的东中西差异，到省区之间的差异。很显然随着研究不断扩大研究的地域范围也就更为具体，中国由34个省级单位组成，研究每某一省的经济发展不平衡问题在近年来越来越成为众多学者所关注的问题。 山东省区域差异实证研究区域经济和谐发展:http://www.youerw.com/shuxue/lunwen_202152.html
