基于遥感技术的土地利用变化分析以淮安市为例

摘要：随着我国经济发展加快步伐，城市化进程的加快导致了城市所在区域的土地类型的变化。土地利用的变化对城市化的影响主要就是城市建设用地的变化，所以土地利用变化是城市化发展的重要表现形式，城市发展必然会导致建设用地的扩张[1]。本文利用GIS和RS技术，对淮安市2000年和2010年两个时期的土地利用动态变化进行研究。结果表明：从2000年到2010年耕地面积、林地、建设用地面积有所增长，草地面积减少。结合淮安市城市化发展水平以及淮安市建设用地面积的增长速度的分析，得出建设用地增长与城市化发展两者之间的关系，为以后淮安的土地利用、城市化发展提供相应的建议。93929

Abstract：With the quickening pace of China's economic development, the acceleration of urbanization has resulted in the change of land types in the urban areas。The expansion of urban land is one of the most obvious characteristics of Urbanization[1]。This article uses GIS and RS technologies to study the dynamic changes and driving forces in landuse of Huaian City in the two periods of 2000-2010。 The main discoveries are as follows: from 2000 to 2010, the changes of land use types were mainly concentrated in the area of cultivated land and construction land, while the area of grassland decreased 。Based on the analysis of the development level of urbanization and the area of construction land in Huaian, the paper points out the relationship between the construction land and the development of urbanization, and provides some suggestions for the development of land use and urbanization in Huaian。
