关于淮安市人口预测的GM（1,1）模型

摘要：首先介绍灰色理论的基本概念，简单区别白色系统、黑色系统与灰色系统。指出灰色理论系统在社会经济生活中的多方面应用；其次主要介绍灰色理论的GM（1,1）模型，重点介绍GM（1,1）模型的建模过程即详细分析得出预测模型的具体步骤以及对GM（1,1）模型的预测效果进行评价与诊断；并利用GM(1,1)模型以淮安市2006—2015年的年末常住人口为数据基础做出实证分析，得出预测模型并对预测模型进行检验与评价，在模型拟合效果良好的情况下根据预测模型推断淮安市2016—2020年的人口数。92863

1 引言

人口是用来衡量城市现代化发展水平的重要指标之一，早年中国十分贫困，而众多的中国人口特别是中国农村人口成为阻碍中国经济发展的重要因素，因为计划生育政策的实施，中国人口得到了有效控制；但从距离最近的第六次人口普查结果来看，虽然我国人口基数依然不小，但人口老龄化现象非常严重，自2013年开始，中国开始出现低生育水平，于是逐步放开二胎生育政策，2015年10月29日，全面实施一对夫妇可生育两个孩子政策，据此以淮安市2006-2015十年人口变化为基础，通过GM（1,1）模型的应用，想了解未来五年淮安市人口的变化趋势，以认识全面放开的二孩政策对人口发展的浅层影响。

2 GM（1,1）模型

2。1 灰色预测的概念文献综述
