摘 要：相比于二维GIS（2D GIS），三维GIS（3D GIS）有着更加广阔的应用前景，三维GIS已广泛应用到规划、国土、电力和军事等领域，日益发挥着重要的作用，三维GIS为校园信息可视化建设提供了新的技术支持。本文以师范学院长江路校区的三维模型的构建为例，运用了卫星正射影像图提取校园二维矢量图，以Google SketchUp 为三维建模工具，通过ArcScene 初步实现学校三维模型场景搭建，采用C#结合ArcGIS Engine构建模型可视化应用程序，实现校区的三维地理信息系统的构建与开发。本文证明了利用SketchUp结合 ArcGIS在小范围内快速建模并进行可视化方法的可行性，论证了三维GIS在校园可视化中的重要应用，为数字化校园提供了参考。92490

Abstract：Compared with two-dimensional GIS (2D GIS), GIS (3D GIS) 3D has more broad application prospects, 3D GIS has been widely applied to planning, land, power and military fields, it plays increasingly important role and provides new technical support for the construction of campus information visualization in 3D GIS。 This paper focuses on the construction of three-dimensional model of the campus of Huaiyin Normal University as an example, using Digital Orthophoto Map to extract two-dimensional vector map of campus, using Google SketchUp as 3D modeling tools , building three-dimensional model of school scene structures by ArcScene, constructed by C# program visualization application model with ArcGIS Engine。 And finally, it constructs and develops a three-dimensional geographic information system of the campus。 This paper proves the feasibility of SketchUp software and ArcGIS to rapid modeling and visualization in a small range, it demonstrates the important application of 3D GIS in campus visualization, and it provides a reference for the digital campus。
