摘要在最近十几年间对离子液体的开发探究中,人们发现这一优良的绿的溶剂不仅可以应用于传统的化工产业方面,同样也可以应用于食品、医疗等领域,本实验就离子液体在转化利用秸秆来生产医药中间体的探究。84319

本实验借助两种测试手段,对离子液体[EMIM][DEP]及[EMIM][DEP]和[EMIM][HSO4-]混合离子液体对秸秆处理效果进行分析,使用混合离子液体模拟酶转化秸秆中的木质素成分来制备酚酸类活性物质。最后发现,在本实验条件下采用1:20:5(w/w%)的固体质量与液体体积比依次加入秸秆粉末、[EMIM][DEP]离子液体、[EMIM][HSO4-]离子液体,在150 ℃下油浴反应1 h,然后使用微波反应器,在150 ℃、640 W条件下微波处理4 min时产生的没食子酸含量为0。138 mg/mL,秸秆转化成为没食子酸的转化率为9。647%。

Abstract In recent ten years development of ionic liquid research, it is found that the excellent green solvents can be not only used in the traditional chemical industry, also can be used in food, medical and other fields, the experiment is ionic liquids in the transformation and utilization of straw to produce pharmaceutical intermediates research。

This experiment with two kinds of test means, by analyzing the effect of ionic liquid [EMIM][DEP] and [EMIM][DEP] and [EMIM][HSO4-] mixed ionic liquid of straw treatment, the use of mixed ionic liquid simulation invertase in straw lignin components to prepare phenolic substances。 And finally, it is found that under the conditions of this experiment the solid-liquid 1:20:5 w/w% than sequentially adding straw powder, [EMIM][DEP] ionic liquids (ILS), [EMIM] [HSO4-] ionic liquid, at 150 ℃ for oil bath 1h of reaction, and then use the microwave reactor, the gallic acid content in 150 ℃, 640 W under the condition of microwave 4min 0。138 mg/mL straw transformed become the gallic acid conversion rate is 9。647%。
