同轴异速搅拌槽内混合特性研究

摘要:面对日益复杂的搅拌混合需求,传统的搅拌槽难以满足其要求,本文依据上述需求,研究设计了一类新型搅拌设备,即小直径桨叶同轴异速组合搅拌槽。同轴异速搅拌槽在混合特性、功率等方面与传统搅拌槽存在较大区别。本文以水(牛顿型流体)作为混合流体进行冷态模拟,通过碘褪色法,运用Photoshop软件获得搅拌槽内的混合情况及混合时间。根据所得出的数据绘制相应曲线,得出规律。实验考察了转速比(0。5、1、1。5、2、2。5、3)、桨叶旋转方向及桨叶间距的影响。实验研究发现:随着转速比、桨叶直径增大,搅拌槽内混合时间缩短;异向旋转条件下的混合时间长于同向旋转条件下的混合时间;对于桨叶间距的影响,小直径桨叶异向旋转条件下,趋势最为明显,即随着桨叶间距增大,混合时间随之缩短。80384

Research on mixing characteristics in coaxial mixers

Abstract:With the increasingly complex mixing needs, there existed all kinds of deficiencies in the traditional mixing tank。 We need to explore the manufacture of a new type of mixing equipment。 There are various types of new mixing tank equipment, coaxial mixing tank equipment is one of them。 Coaxial mixing tank has a big difference in the mixing characteristics, power and other aspects from the ordinary mixing tank。 In this paper, water (Newtonian fluid) was used as a mixed fluid for cold simulation, the mixing characteristics was quantified by the iodine fading method, the Photoshop software was used to determine the mixing time。 The influence of speed ratio (0。5、1、1。5、2、2。5、3), rotation mode, impeller size and the space between impellers on the mixing time were investigated。 It was found that mixing time decreased with the increase of the rotation speed and impeller size; the mixing time in counter-rotating mode is longer than that in co-rotating mode。 With respect to the influence of the impeller space, the trend with impellers having smaller diameter in counter-rotating mode was more obvious, that is, the mixing time decreased with the increase of the impeller space。
