由表2-1和图2可知,在盐度突变条件下,金鱼的累计存活率随着盐度的升高而逐渐降低。当盐浓度为0、10g/L时,在96h内,金鱼累计存活率为100%;当盐浓度为12g/L时,在16h前,金鱼累计存活率为100%,在16h后,金鱼累计存活率为66。7%;当盐浓度为14g/L时,在12h前,金鱼累计存活率为33。3%,在12h后,金鱼累计存活率为0%;当盐浓度为16、18g/L时,在96h内,金鱼累计存活率为0%。对比周伟江和梁立群等[9]对达里湖鲫幼鱼的对盐度的耐受性研究,当盐浓度为10g/L时,在24h时,达里湖鲫幼鱼累计存活率为93。3%;当盐浓度为12g/L时,在24h时,达里湖鲫幼鱼累计存活率为53。3%;当盐浓度≥14g/L时,在24h时,达里湖鲫幼鱼累计存活率为0%
