摘 要: 随着现代社会的发展,家居装修中甲醛含量日益增多,新装修住房的甲醛浓度更是远远超出标准浓度,已严重危害着人类的健康发展,因此如何高效降解甲醛便具有重大意义。本论文主要研究甲醛降解菌株HD-6的发酵条件优化。通过单因子优化,获得了单因子优化条件:淀粉和蔗糖为菌株HD-6的最优碳源,酵母浸膏粉为最适氮源,硫酸镁为最适无机盐;根据单因子优化结果进一步进行了SAS响应面设计,获得了最优发酵条件:5%蔗糖,0。8%酵母粉;在该条件下,菌株HD-6的生物量(吸光值)达到1。985±0。127。本论文研究结果可为该菌株的规模化发酵生产提供技术依据。77984

Abstract: With the development of modern society, the formaldehyde content in home decoration is increasing day by day, the newly renovated housing formaldehyde concentration is far beyond the standard concentration,which has seriously harm the physical health of human。 Therefore, it is of great significance to degrade formaldehyde。 In this study, the optimization of the fermentation conditions of formaldehyde degrading strain HD-6 was studied。 Through single factor optimization, the conditions of single factor optimization are obtained: starch and sucrose was the best carbon source of strain HD-6, the optimum nitrogen source was yeast extract powder, magnesium sulfate is the most suitable inorganic salt; According to the single factor optimization results, the SAS response surface design was carried out, and the optimal fermentation conditions were obtained: 5% sucrose, 0。8% yeast powder;Under this condition, the biomass of strain HD-6 was 1。985 + 0。127。 The results of this paper can provide technical basis for the large-scale fermentation of the strain。
