摘要以太湖流域浙江境内四条主要支流,即东苕溪、西苕溪、合溪和京杭大运河浙江境内,在2013 年 7 月(夏)、10 月(秋)及2014年1月(冬)、4 月(春)对33个采样点轮虫群落结构时空动态变化进行研究,并以此展开水质生物学评价。75251

    研究结果表明:1、共鉴定出轮虫47种,分属于1目6科18属。其中夏季种类最多为38种。春季、秋季、冬季分别为28、24和25种。西苕溪轮虫种类最多为39种,运河、合溪和西苕溪分别为39、24和14种。其种类数的变化随季节变化和空间位置的变化明显。但都以臂尾轮虫科(Brachionidae)轮虫种类数为最多,如螺形龟甲轮虫(K。cochlearis),为寡污—中污指示种。2、轮虫春季、冬季两季优势种类数较少,其中贫中营养性的针簇多肢轮虫(P。 trigla)在夏、秋、冬三季均有形成。夏秋两季优势种类较多,且大多为中度污染的指示种。如暗小异尾轮虫(T。pusilla)、长三肢轮虫(F。longiseta)等。东苕溪和运河优势种较多分别有9和8种,二合溪和西苕溪则较少只有5和6种。3、采用Shannon-Weaver生物多样性指数(H)对水质进行生物学评价结果表明,H值在1。0~3。0的样点占大多数,说明水体处于轻污染-中污染水平。4、经相关性分析得知,轮虫的个体密度随水温、电导率的共同作用变化明显。春夏两季温度适宜,轮虫种类和丰度都较高。

Abstract We studied on dynamics in spatial and temporal change of rotifer community structure in July, October 2013 and in January, April 2014, corresponding four seasons。 And at the same time, we evaluated the biological water quality。 We mainly studied 33 different sample point of rotifers in four branches of the Taihu Lake in Zhejiang Province, namely Dongshaoxi River, Xishaoxi River, He River and the Great Canal。 

The result of the research shows four significant findings。 First, we found 47 kinds of rotifers, belonging to 1 order 8 families and 19 genera。 Summer had 38 kinds of most species, spring, autumn, and winter were 28, 24, and 25 respectively。 The variety was changed obviously along with the seasonal change and the spatial positional change。 But Brachionidae showed the highest number。 For example, K。 cochlearis was the indicator species of oligosaprobe and mesosaprobe。 Second, in spring and winter, the number of dominant species of rotifer was few。 And the P。 trigla appeared in summer, autumn and winter。 While in summer and autumn, the number of dominant species was high, and most of them were indicator species of mesosaprobe, like T。 pusilla, F。 longiseta and etc。 Third, the evaluation of the biological water quality according to exponent H of Shannon-Weaver showed that in most sample points the figure of H was during 1。0 to 3。0。 It meant that the water was polluted a little。 The last one, the density of rotifer was changed greatest under the corporate effect of the temperature of water and electroconductibility。
