摘要灰霉病是很多种农作物的重要病害,其分布范围广、危害严重,影响农作物产品的产量和质量,造成巨大的经济损失。浙江省作为我国重要的草莓栽培地区,灰霉病发生严重。由于对该病的防治长期反复使用化学杀菌剂,导致灰霉菌产生了严重的抗药性,导致了防治效果下降、药剂使用量增加、环境污染严重等副作用。所以,灰霉病的抗药性及其控制是农作物产品生产急需解决难题。

研究的主要目的是通过对浙江省具有代表性的草莓栽培地区的草莓灰霉病菌对常用于灰霉病害防治的杀菌剂进行抗药性检测和进行一定的分子检测,以明确浙江省地区草赛灰霉病菌对常用杀菌剂的抗性情况,对指导草莓栽培农户合理用药和制定有效的防治策略提供了一定的帮助。本研究利用PDA平板检测的方法对灰霉病菌的抗药性进行检测,本研究的结论不仅对指导浙江省种植草莓的农户合理用药和制定有效的防治策略具有实践指导意义,也对杀菌剂抗性的治理和新药的开发奠定了理论基础。74895

Abstract Botrytis is an important disease of many crops, which has a wide range of distribution and serious harm, which affects the yield and quality of agricultural products and cause huge economic losses。 Zhejiang Province, as an important strawberry cultivation area of our country, the occurrence of Botrytis is very serious。 Due to the prevention and control of the disease in the long-term repeated use of chemical fungicides, Botrytis produced serious resistance, which resulted in the decrease of the control effect, the increase of the dosage of pesticides the serious environmental pollution。and other serious side effects。 Therefore, the resistance of Botrytis and its control are the urgent problems to be solved in crop production。

The main purpose of this study was to detect and carry out molecular detection of fungicide resistance in Zhejiang Province, which was commonly used in the control of gray mold disease of strawberry, In order to clear the resistance of the Common Fungicides against the Common Fungicides in Zhejiang Province, it provides some help to guide the rational use and effective control strategies of strawberry cultivation farmers。 We used the method of detection PDA plates to detect the resistance of the strains of the gray mold。 The results of this study have practical guiding significance to guide the rational use and effective prevention and control measures for strawberry cultivation in Zhejiang Province, and lay a theoretical foundation for the treatment of fungicides resistance and the development of new drugs。
