PEG模拟干旱对大豆生理特性的影响

利用渗透调节剂PEG-6000(以下统称为PEG)进行模拟干旱试验。通过研究5%,10%,15%,20%,25%等不同浓度胁迫下,大豆的生长情况与相关的渗透调节物质的变化,找出大豆的各个生理生化指标

摘要利用渗透调节剂PEG-6000(以下统称为PEG)进行模拟干旱试验。通过研究5%,10%,15%,20%,25%等不同浓度胁迫下,大豆的生长情况与相关的渗透调节物质的变化,找出大豆的各个生理生化指标在干旱环境下改变。发现大豆的膜脂过氧化程度在不同浓度PEG胁迫下受到的影响,找到改变比较大指标,检测大豆的抗旱性能。结果显示:随着PEG浓度的增加,大豆的CAT活性呈现上升趋势,并且渗透调节物质:游离PRO、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白以及MDA等含量都明显增加。此结果有助于大豆抗旱品种的鉴定与筛选。69171

The effects of simutation drought with PEG on physiological characteristics of soybean

Abstract

Using osmotic adjusting agent PEG-6000 (hereinafter referred to as PEG) to simulate the drought stress experiment. The associated osmolyte of soybean was studied under the different concentrations of stress (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, etc), to find the change of key physiological and biochemical indexes of soybean under drought environmental. Finding that soybean membrane lipid peroxidation in different concentrations of PEG stress affected and detecting soybean drought resistance. The results showed that: with the increase of PEG concentration, CAT activity of soybean hsve an up ward trend, and osmotic adjustment(ree PRO, soluble sugar, soluble protein and MDA, etc.) have increased significantly. The change of osmotic adjustment and peroxidation index under would help the identification and screening of drought-resistant varieties.
