摘要:苦杏仁苷是传统中药苦杏仁中的有效成分,迄今它已成为医药上常用的祛疲止咳剂、辅助性抗癌药物。橙皮苷近年来也成为食品、医药、日化用品等领域的研究热点。其广泛存在于天然植物中,具有多种生物活性。本论文分别测定了苦杏仁苷和橙皮苷在不同温度梯度下在甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、1,3-丙二醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、乙酸乙酯和水这八种溶剂当中,利用吸光光度法测量并计算得到相应的溶解度,结果表明温度越高苦杏仁苷和橙皮苷的溶解度越高,吸光值越大。通过对苦杏仁苷和橙皮苷数据的关联,发现其拟合度较符合经验方程,拟合度均很高;而与简化状态方程不是很符合,其拟合度很低。本论文研究结果可为苦杏仁苷和橙皮苷的提取提供基础化工数据。57873

 Abstract: amygdalin is the effective component of the traditional Chinese medicine in bitter almond, so it has become the medicine commonly used dispel-fatigue-cough drop, auxiliary anticancer drugs. Hesperidin has become the research focus in the field of food, medicine, daily chemical products and so on in recent years.The widely existing in natural plants, with a variety of biological activity. This paper determined amygdalin and hesperidin in different temperature gradient in methanol, ethanol, propanol, 1, 3- propylene glycol, n-butyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate and water, these eight kinds of solvent, using spectrophotometric method to measure and calculate the corresponding solubility, the results showed that the solubility temperature the higher the amygdalin and hesperidin is higher, the greater the value of light absorption. Through the association of amygdalin and hesperidin data, found that the fitting degree is consistent with the empirical equation, the fitting degree is high; and is consistent and simplified equation of state is not, the fitting degree is very low. In this paper the research results can provide laetrile and hesperidin provide the basis for the extraction of chemical data.
