摘要:从虎杖中提取白藜芦醇的粗提取液,应用响应面法(RSM)对双水相萃取法分离提纯工艺进行优化。以单因素实验作为基础,选取丙酮浓度、硫酸铵浓度、pH为三个主要影响因素,进行Box-Behnken 中心组合试验设计,优化虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取工艺条件。结果表明,响应面法对白藜芦醇的粗提取液的分离提纯萃取的最优条件为:丙酮浓度62.8%、硫酸铵浓度22.10%、pH5.92,白藜芦醇的萃取率预测值95.62%。实验得到白藜芦醇的萃取率94.98%,与预测值的相对误差为0.67%。说明该优化方案具有一定的可行性。49818

Study on the Extraction Technology of Resveratrol

Abstract: Extract resveratrol of crude extract from giant knotweed, then using the Aqueous two-phase system, separation and purification of resveratrol, applying the response surface method (RSM) optimized the extraction process of resveratrol. By single factor experiment as the foundation, choosing acetone concentration, concentration of ammonium sulfate, pH for the three main factors of Box - Behnken center combination experiment design, optimization of the extraction process of resveratrol in the giant knotweed conditions. The results showed that the method of responsed surface method for separation and purification of the crude extract resveratrol extraction of the optimal conditions for: acetone concentration 62.8%, 22.10% ammonium sulfate concentration, pH5.92, resveratrol extraction rate predictived value of 95.62%. Resveratrol was obtained by experiment after three times the average extraction rate was 94.98%. And predictive value of relative error was 0.67%, showed that the optimized scheme has certain feasibility.
