摘要:羽扇豆作为一种具有多用途的花卉,在生产应用方面具有较高的经济价值。本实验的目的在于通过找到羽扇豆发芽的最适温度,从而确定适合各个地区的最适宜播种的时期,解决出苗率低和出苗不齐的问题,同时也可以减少经济损耗,提高效率;通过改变羽扇豆生长环境中的光照条件从而改变其生长势最终推迟或提早花期以达到长时间供应,提高羽扇豆的经济价值。实验是在相同的温度水分土壤条件下将光照作为变量,将供给实验的羽扇豆分为四组,补光、光照、半遮光、遮光,每组种植六盆羽扇豆,观察各组之间的生长势花期的不同,从而确定适宜的光照条件以便更好地进行农业生产以及提前或者延迟花期。通过实验发现羽扇豆发芽率在20℃时最高,15℃和25℃两者差异不大比20℃发芽率略有降低,10℃时发芽率最低;在光照度4550lx和3400lx两种情况下羽扇豆的生长发育并未出现明显差别,而降低到400lx时生长明显变缓,植株生长势非常弱,当光照度降低到只有147lx的时候羽扇豆发芽后很快就会死亡,这表明当光照强度达到一定程度后再增强光照并不会显著增强羽扇豆生长势,在一定范围内增强光照有利于羽扇豆的营养生长而当光照度降低到一定程度后就会削弱羽扇豆的营养生长,过于弱的光照强度使羽扇豆无法存活,这一实验结果为羽扇豆的商业化节能生产提供部分参考,从而有效减少光能电能的浪费同时达到缩短或者延长羽扇豆生长时间进而提早或推迟花期的目的。43268

Lupinus micranthus Guss`s growth potential and bloom date changing by different illumination

Abstract:Lupine as an ornamental flowers, with high economic value in production.This experiment aims to identifying germination optimum temperatureto of lupine,To determine the most suitable time to planting in different regions.We intend to reduce the low germination rate and emergence of arrhythmia problem and reduce economic losses and improve efficiency.According to change its growth potential final delayed or early flowering in order to achieve long supply acorrding change lupine`s growing environment lighting conditions,and improve the economic value of lupine.Experimental methods is see the illumination as a variable,keeping the same conditions of temperature,soil and moisture.The feeding experiments lupine pided into four groups, fill light, light, semi-shade, shading。Each group have  six pots planted in.To observe the growth potential of flowering between the groups,in order to determine the optimum lighting conditions for better agricultural production(including advance and delay flowering).It was found  that lupine has highest germination rate at 20℃.there have little decreased slightly by 15 ℃ and 25 ℃ than 20 ℃.The germination rate difference between 5 ℃ and 25 ℃ is small.Germination rate is lowest when the temperature at 10 ℃. And experimentally we found that Lupine`s growth did not show significant differences in light intensity fill light(4550lx) and light(3400lx )both cases.When the light intensity reduced to semi-shade(400lx),Lupine`s growth was slowing down and plant growth is very weak.When the light intensity is reduced to shading(only 147lx),lupine sprout soon died immediately, This experiment indicates that when the illumination reaches a certain level and then to enhance the light ,it does not significantly enhance the growth potential of lupine.But when the illumination within a certain range,
