摘要： 玉蝴蝶作为一种传统中药，化学成分复杂，生物活性广泛，具有抗菌、抗炎、抗诱变、抗氧化、抗癌等多种药理作用，有很高的研究与开发利用价值。本课题以玉蝴蝶为实验原料，采用超声波提取技术，以95%的乙醇水溶液作为提取溶剂，对玉蝴蝶有效成分进行提取，分别考察了提取时间、提取温度、料液比对提取结果的影响。结果表明：玉蝴蝶有效成分的最佳提取工艺为，物料比1:20、时间15min、提取温度30℃，根据实验可得出玉蝴蝶能有效地对大肠杆菌进行抑制，最低抑制浓度为0.14g/ml-0.18g/ml。38461

Extract the Effective Components of Semen Oroxylum and Antibacterial Efficacy Evaluation
Abstract: Jade Butterfly as a kind of Chinese traditional medicine, complicated in chemical composition, has extensive biological activity, which has various pharmacological actions on antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti mutagenic, antioxidant, anticancer, a high value of research and exploitation. This topic to Jade Butterfly as raw materials by ultrasonic extraction techniques, with 95% ethanol water solution as extraction solvent, extraction of effective components of Jade Butterfly, were investigated on the effect of extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio of material to liquid on extraction results. Results show that: the optimal extraction process of the effective components of Jade Butterfly, material ratio of 1:20, time 15min, extraction temperature of 30 DEG C, according to the obtained Jade Butterfly can effectively on Escherichia coli were inhibited, minimum inhibitory concentration 0.14g/ml-0.18g/ml.
