三黄汤对幼龄蚂蟥生长及免疫的影响

摘要: 目的:探究三黄汤对幼龄蚂蟥消化道疾病预防作用的最适浓度。 方法:采用观察不同浓度三黄汤(3.00‰、1.50‰、0.3‰、0.15‰、0.03‰)对消化道免疫低下的蚂蟥生长、存活情况,消化道组织形态结构的变化,以及蚂蟥生长,消化及非特异免疫基因表达量的变化,筛选预防蚂蟥消化道疾病的三黄汤浓度并阐明机制。 结果:与其他组别相比,0.15‰的组效果最显著,存活率和特定生长率明显增高(p<0.05)。0.15‰的组蚂蟥消化道接近于正常蚂蟥消化道。实验组生长激素GH均明显高于对照组(p<0.05),0.3‰的组消化酶基因表达量显著提高(p<0.05)。SOD、CAT、AKP基因表达量均比对照组高,0.15‰和0.3‰的组显著提高(p<0.05)。 结论:0.15‰三黄汤能够恢复消化道免疫低下幼龄蚂蟥消化道组织结构,改善其非特异性免疫力并促进其生长。31335

 Effects of Sanhuang Decoction on growth and immune of young Whitmania pigra Whitman
Abstract:Objective:To explore the most suitable concentration of Sanhuang Decoction on the prevention of the young w. Pigra digestive tract diseases. Methods: The effects of different concentrations of Sanhuang Decoction on gastrointestinal immune w.pigra survival, growth, changes of histological structure of the digestive tract, and w. pigra superoxide dismutase SOD gene expression, screening concentration of Decoction to prevent w. Pigra digestive tract disease and to elucidate the mechanism. The result, compared with other groups, The effect of 0.15 per 1000 group was the most remarkable, and the survival rate was 34.3% higher than that of the control group, and the specific growth rate was obviously higher (p<0.05). The digestive tract 0.15 1000 w. Pigra group close to the normal w. Pigra digestive tract. SOD gene expression in the experimental group were higher than the control group, the effect of 0.15 per 1000 group was the most remarkable(p<0.05). The conclusion,0.15 per 1000 decoction can restore digestive tract in immunocompromised w.pigra histological structures of digestive tract, improve their immunity and promote its growth.
