微生物复合菌肥对温室黄瓜生长的影响

以黄瓜幼苗为材料,采用105cfu/mL,106cfu/mL,107cfu/mL,108cfu/mL浓度的复合菌肥根灌盆栽黄瓜,研究微生物复合菌肥对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

摘要:以黄瓜幼苗为材料,采用105cfu/mL,106cfu/mL,107cfu/mL,108cfu/mL浓度的复合菌肥根灌盆栽黄瓜,研究生物复合菌肥对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随复合菌肥浓度的增加,黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗和湿重呈现先增加后降低的趋势,叶面积呈增加的变化,叶片数变化不显著;黄瓜幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、CAT、POD活性和根系活力随菌液浓度的增加呈先升后降的趋势,106cfu/mL菌液处理的幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、根系活力和CAT、POD活性达到最高,分别比对照增加了14.1%、194.0%、217.0%、43.4%,SOD活性随菌液浓度的升高呈增加的变化,108cfu/mL的菌液处理的幼苗叶片的SOD活性达到最高,比对照提高了38.5%。多项指标显示,根灌106cfu/mL菌液对温室黄瓜幼苗整体的生长发育效果比较显著。

 Effect of Compound Microbial Fertilizer on Growth of Greenhouse Cucumber Seedlings
Abstract: The effect of compound microbial fertilizer on the growth and physiological-biochemical indexes of cucumber seedlings was studied by watering root using concentration of the compound microbial fertilizer at 105cfu/mL, 106cfu/mL, 107cfu/mL and 108cfu/mL, respectively. The results showed that along with compound microbial fertilizer concentration increasing continuously, plant height, stem diameter, wet weight of cucumber seedlings presented the law of first increasing and then decreasing as well as the contents of chlorophyll, root activity and CAT, POD activity. Leaf area was reducing with the compound microbial fertilizer concentration rising. The compound microbial fertilizer played no significant role in the number of leaves. With the increase of the compound microbial fertilizer concentration, the promotion effect of compound microbial fertilizer reached to the maximum with treatment concentration of the compound microbial fertilizer at 106cfu/mL. The contents of chlorophyll of cucumber, root activity and activities of SOD and CAT increased by 14.1%、194.0%、217.0%、43.4% compared with CK, respectively. The activity of SOD increased with the increase of the compound microbial fertilizer concentration. The activity of SOD is the highest at the compound microbial fertilizer at 108cfu/mL, which is 38.5% higher than the control. Considering the influences of compound microbial fertilizer on the growth and physiological biochemical indexes of cucumber seedlings comprehensively, it was best to control concentration of compound microbial fertilizer at 106cfu/mL.
