施磷量对不同磷敏感棉花品种光合特性的影响

摘要:我国磷资源短缺,磷肥利用率低下,磷已成为作物生产的主要限制因子之一。为了合理利用磷肥,提高磷肥利用效率,并探讨不同磷敏感棉花品种对磷素的响应差异,本研究于20XX年在江苏省南京市南京农业大学牌楼试验基地开放式塑料大棚中开展施磷量(0、1.5、3.0、4.5、6.0 g P2O5 /pot)影响不同磷敏感棉花品种(磷弱敏感品种-豫早棉9110;磷敏感品种-鲁棉54)光合特性的试验,研究不同施磷水平下棉花光合特性及品种间的差异,以期探求较高光合水平下本地棉区适宜施磷量,为高效生产提供理论依据。试验结果表明:在盛铃期和吐絮期,与不施磷处理相比,施磷能显著提高棉花功能叶叶片叶绿素含量(SPAD)、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、实际光化学量子产量(ΦPS II)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)以及电子传递速率(ETR),总体以6.0 g P2O5 /pot最优。而磷弱敏感性品种相比磷敏感品种,低磷水平时,在生育中后期有更高的SPAD值、Pn、Gs、ΦPS II、qP以及ETR,在高磷水平下两品种间差异较小。综上,施磷量为6.0 g P2O5 /pot时,光合性能较强,光合有效持续期延长,有利于高效利用磷肥。26607

Effects of Phosphorus application on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Two Cotton Cultivars with different Phosphorus Sensitivities
Abstract:The poverty of phosphorus (P) and the low utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer in our country cause the limitation of crop production. In order to explore the effects of phosphate fertilizer on different cotton cultivars with different P Sensitivities, pot experiment with five potassium levers (0、1.5、3.0、4.5、6.0 g P2O5 /pot) and two cotton cultivars (Yuzaomian 9110, P-tolerant cultivar; Lumian 54, P-sensitive cultivar) with different P sensitivities was conducted. Compared with 0 g P2O5 pot-1, the P application increased SPAD value, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs), the primary light energy conversion efficiency of PS II in the dark (Fv/Fm), quantum yield of PS II; qP, coefficient of photochemical quenching(ΦPS II), the coefficient of non-photochemical quenching (qP) and electron transport rate (ETR) of cotton leaf in peak boll formation stage and boll opening stage. The P rate of 6.0 g P2O5 /pot was optimal among the five P rates. Compared with the P-sensitive cultivar, the P-tolerant cultivar possesses obviously higher SPAD value, Pn, Gs, ΦPS II, qP and ETR in middle and late growth stage in the treatment of 0 g P2O5 /pot. In conclusion, under the level of 6.0 g P2O5 /pot, the photosynthetic capability of cotton leaves were higher and photosynthetic duration was longer, which was conducive to the efficient utilization of P.
