外源NO-ABA对弱光胁迫下紫花苜蓿叶片超显微结构及光合关键酶活性的调控作用

中度遮荫条件(L1)下,外源施加ABA及NO-ABA可明显降低紫花苜蓿生物量的降幅和增加叶面积(P<0.05),缓解弱光对紫花苜蓿生长的胁迫作用

摘要:采用模拟遮荫试验,探讨外源施用NO-ABA及其生物抑制剂cPDIO和钨酸钠对弱光胁迫下紫花苜蓿生长、叶片超显微结构、光合特性及其Rubisco酶活性的影响及其作用机理。结果表明:中度遮荫条件(L1)下,外源施加ABA及NO-ABA可明显降低紫花苜蓿生物量的降幅和增加叶面积(P<0.05),缓解弱光对紫花苜蓿生长的胁迫作用;外源施加ABA可减少紫花苜蓿叶片叶绿体中淀粉的降解,文持片层结构的完整性,文持弱光胁迫下紫花苜蓿叶片叶绿体的完整性;外源施加NO及NO-ABA可明显增加紫花苜蓿的Cond、CI、Tr和CE,从而保持较高的Pn;外源施加NO-ABA及ABA可明显增加紫花苜蓿Rubisco酶的活性(P<0.05)。重度遮荫条件(L2)下,外源施加NO-ABA对弱光胁迫下紫花苜蓿的根、茎、叶和单株生物量,叶片显微结构完整性、光合特性及Rubisco酶活性均未表现出明显的促进作用。这表明外源施加NO-ABA可在一定程度上缓解弱光对紫花苜蓿的胁迫作用。26589

Effects of Exogenous NO-ABA on Ultra-microstructure and Photosynthetic Key Enzyme Activities of Alfalfa Leaves under Weak Light Stress
Abstract: The effect of exogenous administration of NO-ABA and its biological inhibition of cPDIO and sodium tungstate on the growth, leaf ultrastructure, photosynthetic characteristics and Rubisco enzymatic activity and its mechanism of action of alfalfa under low light stress were investigated by simulated shading experiment. The results showed that exogenous administration NO – ABA and ABA could significantly reduce the decrease amount of alfalfa biomass and increase the leaf area (P <0.05) under moderate shading condition (L1), and alleviate the stress effect of weak light on alfalfa growth; The exogenous administration ABA could reduce the degradation of starch in the chloroplast of alfalfa leaves and maintain the integrity of the lamellae structure, and maintain the integrity of the chloroplast leaves of alfalfa under low light stress. Exogenous NO and NO-ABA could significantly increase the Cond, CI, Tr and CE of alfalfa, which ensure the high level of Pn; The exogenous ABA and NO-ABA could significantly increase the activity of Rubisco enzyme in alfalfa (P<0.05). The biomass, leaf microstructure, photosynthetic characteristics and Rubisco activity of alfalfa under low light stress were not observed under the condition of severe shading condition (L2) A significant role in promoting. This indicates that exogenous NO-ABA can alleviate the stress effect of low light on alfalfa to a certain extent.
