摘要:土壤中过量的重金属对人类的负面影响越来越不容忽视。本文比较了2种外生菌根真菌对过量Cu、Cd胁迫的耐受性,测定了2种外生菌根真菌在纯培养条件下菌落直径、生物量和重金属分布与含量,以及形成外生菌根的红松生物量和重金属含量。实验发现高浓度重金属Cu和Cd对紫色蜡蘑和双色蜡蘑两种外生菌根真菌的生长都有抑制作用,紫色蜡蘑对这两种重金属的耐受性都强于双色蜡蘑,双色蜡蘑只对很低浓度的Cu和Cd有比较稳定的耐受能力。而低浓度Cu使紫色蜡蘑生物量增加,高浓度Cu使其生物量减少;接种紫色蜡蘑的红松地上部和地下部生物量表现出随着Cu、Cd处理浓度的增加先增加后减少的趋势。低浓度Cd处理时,双色蜡蘑外生菌根使红松地上、地下部生物量增加。综合以上实验结果得出结论,紫色蜡蘑能够强化红松对Cu、Cd的耐受性,双色蜡蘑能够强化红松对Cd的耐受性。本实验旨在为利用外生菌根真菌强化木本植物的重金属抗性的进一步研究提供参考。25782

Ectomycorrhizal fungi strengthen heavy metal tolerance of red pine
Abstract: The negative impact of excess heavy metals in soil against humanity cannot be ignored.In this paper, we compared the tolerance of two ectomycorrhizal fungi to excessive Cu and Cd stress, and determined the colony diameter, biomass and heavy metal distribution and content of two ectomycorrhizal fungi under pure culture conditions, Mycorrhiza of Pinus koraiensis biomass and heavy metal content. It was found that high concentrations of heavy metals Cu and Cd had inhibitory effects on the growth of two kinds of ectomycorrhizal fungi, such as Laccaria amethystina and Laccaria bicolor. The tolerance of Laccaria amethystina to these two heavy metals was stronger than that of Laccaria bicolor, Laccaria bicolor have only a very low concentration of Cu and Cd a relatively stable tolerance. While the low concentration of Cu increased the biomass of Laccaria amethystina, and the biomass was reduced by high concentration of Cu. The biomass of aboveground and underground of Pinus koraiensis was increased with the increase of Cu and Cd concentration the trend of. Low concentration of Cd treatment, Laccaria bicolor to red pine on the ground, underground biomass increased. Based on the above results, it was concluded that Laccaria amethystina could strengthen the tolerance of Pinus koraiensis to Cu and Cd, and Laccaria bicolor could strengthen the tolerability of Pinus koraiensis to Cd. The aim of this study is to provide a reference for further study on the use of ectomycorrhizal fungi to enhance the resistance of heavy metals in Pinus koraiensis.
