摘要:小麦是我国的主要粮食作物之一,干旱胁迫是限制小麦产量稳定的主要因子之一。目前研究表明,适度的干旱锻炼可以缓解植株对干旱胁迫的耐性。不同基因型小麦对干旱胁迫的响应存在显著差异,然而不同基因型小麦对干旱锻炼响应的差异还少有研究。本研究采用54个不同基因型小麦,在三叶一心期进行适度干旱锻炼,锻炼后幼苗恢复8-10天,进行3天干旱胁迫处理,处理结束后对叶片相对含水量、叶面积、地上部干重、鲜重、根干重、根鲜重、植株干重、最大根长、根面积、根体积、脯氨酸含量、蔗糖含量、可溶性总糖含量等14个形态和生理指标进行分析,发现不同基因型小麦的各指标在经过锻炼的植株和未经过锻炼的植株中有显著差异。通过隶属函数法和主成分分析法,将14个指标转化为3个相互独立的综合指标,其贡献率达到70.33%,并根据不同小麦基因型对锻炼响应的差异将所有品种聚为两类:扬麦158、洛旱11、扬麦20、连麦6、济麦22、衡观35、扬麦16、豫麦47、山农20归类为干旱锻炼响应敏感组;周麦16、鲁麦4、周麦22、济麦19、豫麦66、烟农5158、良星66、苏麦118归类为干旱锻炼响应不敏感组。25631

Effects of Drought Priming on Plant Respnse to Drought Stress in Different Wheat Genotypes
Abstract: Wheat is one of the main grain crops in China. Drought stress is one of the main factors limiting wheat yield stability. Present study shows that moderate drought priming can alleviate drought tolerance of plants. 54 wheat cultivars were selected in the study. The wheat seedlings that were under the three-leaf period were put into the drought priming. The difference of drought stress response of different wheat cultivars after water priming was studied by experiment, mainly through LRWC, LA, SFW, SDW, RFW, RDW, DMA, MRL, TRL, RA, RV, Pro, Tss, Suc. The measured 14 indicators of priming coefficient varies different among wheat varieties,indicating that there were difference about drought priming among different varieties of wheat. Based on the analysis of the priming coefficient of each index, the response coefficient of different wheat cultivars was evaluated by comprehensive membership function method, principal component analysis(PCA) and system clustering analysis, PCA was used to transform the 14 indexes into 4 independent comprehensive indexes. The cumulative contribution rate was 70.33%. the result shows that Initial screening Yangmai 158 and other eight wheat varieties of shoot fresh weight, dry matter accumulation and osmotic adjustment material were significantly higher than those of non-priming treatment, Zhoumai16 and other seven varieties on the drought priming response were poor.
