FPGA步进电机细分驱动器设计

摘要随着步进电机已经在很多的自动化控制系统被具有一定规模地使用在许多行 业。在运行性能方面,撇开和步进电机本体的性能有关外,驱动器使用的驱动技术 也占了很多的比重。为了更广泛而深远地加快步进电机的应用,提高步进电机的定 位精度和让它运行的更加稳定,更加可靠,更加灵活,开发高性能的步进电机驱动 器更加有其必然性。83391

本文以两相混合式步进电机和驱动原理和控制特性作为基础,把 Matlab 仿真和 Modelsim 配合 Quartuz ii 的仿真相结合,并通过 Signaltap 结合 FPGA 开发板生成出 波形。从而仿真出两相混合式步进电机正确而稳定工作的驱动器。各个磁场所综合 得到的总磁场生成的矢量的波动范围数值可以改变步进电机的力矩,而随着相邻的 两个磁场之间所产生的矢量夹角的改变,步距角也会跟着改变。根据以上所提出的 这些原理,为各类情况的非大功率两相混合式步进电机提出方案并且设计了细分驱 动器。

本文比较了现在经常能用到的几类步进电机,阐述并选取了本设计选用的目标 电机——两相混合式步进电机。讲解了现在一般所用的步进电机的细分驱动原理, 设想并且确定了这个设计的方案。本设计的步进电机驱动器,将 FPGA 作为控制核 心,通过简单的更改数值进行细分驱动。驱动器拥有 9 个细分档,最大的细分档位 是 256。讲解了 FPGA 不同于以往电路设计方法,而特有的自顶向下的设计方法及 对应其 Verilog 硬件语言的设计步骤。

最后的部分,对本次课题所研究的两相混合式步进电机细分驱动器进行了展 望,总结主要实现功能,归纳主要做的任务,并对自己的工作的不足进行了反思。

Abstract With the stepping motor has been a certain size in a lot of  automated control systems used in many industries。 In terms of performance, performance aside and stepping motor body related, drive technology drives use also accounted for much of proportion。 For a more extensive and far-reaching application of the stepping motor to accelerate and improve the positioning accuracy of the stepper motor and let it run more stable, more reliable, more flexible, and developing high-performance  stepper motor drive more of its inevitability。

In this paper, two-phase hybird micro-step and drive control characteristics and principles as a basis, the Matlab simulation and Modelsim simulation with Quartuz II combine and generate waveforms combine FPGA development board through Signaltap。 Thus simulating a drive two-phase hybird micro-step is correct and stable operation。 Fluctuation range of values of the total magnetic field vector of each obtained composite magnetic field generated by the stepper motor torque can be changed, and with the vector between adjacent two magnetic fields generated by the change in the angle, step angle will also change。 According to these principles set forth above for the case of all types of non-high-power two-phase hybird micro-step and a proposal designed to drive segments。
